Abstract
KARTON İLAÇ AMBALAJLARININ ÜRETİM İŞLEMLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ Dünyadaki teknolojik gelişmeler hızla devam etmekte, her geçen gün daha hızlı ve daha kaliteli hizmete yönelik çalışmalar yapılmakta, firmalar varlıklarını sürdürebilmek ve müşteri potansiyellerini arttırabilmek için bu gelişmeleri yakından takip edip teknolojiye ayak uydurmaya çalışmaktadırlar. Karton ambalaj sektörü de son yıllarda ki bu teknolojik gelişmelerden etkilenmiş ve günümüzde pazar payını arttıran sektörlerinden biri olmuştur. Karton ambalaj sektöründeki bu artış, aynı zamanda kalite beklentisini arttırmış, ambalaj sektörü ile beraber karton ilaç ambalajı da büyük bir hızla gelişme gösterip piyasa da önemli bir yer edinmiştir. Bu çalışma da, karton ambalajının tanımı, fonksiyonları, kartonun yapısı, baskı öncesi, kesim kalıbının hazırlanması, ofset baskı sistemi ve mürekkepler, kesim işleminin yapılması ve kullanılan kesim makineleri, yapıştırma işlemleri ve yapıştırma makinesinin çalışma prensibi, karton ilaç kutusunun üzerindeki bilgilerin ne olduğu, bir ambalajın sahte olup olmadığı hakkında çeşitli karşılaştırmalar hakkında verilmeye çalışılmıştır. INSPECTION OF CARTON MEDICAL PACKAGING PROCESSES DURING PRODUCTION Technology is being developed continuously worldwide and everyday new ways of suppliying more qualified and faster services are being created. Companies are following all these movements closely and trying to proceed in accordance with them to survive and also to increase their customer potential. Carton packaging industry has also been effected by that technological developements and increased its market share. That case also effected quality expectations. Together with carton packaging also carton medicine packaging industry became bigger and share a considerable place on the market. This study includes; definition of carton packaging, functions of it, structure of the carton, pre-print process, prepertion of cutting plate, offset imprint system, inks, cutting process and cutting machines, gluing process and working principle of gluing machine, informations on the carton medicine packing, information regarding compariments fake and the real packagings.
