TOPLAM KALİTE YÖNETİMİNDE 20 - K İLKESİNİN İNŞAAT SEKTÖRÜNDE UYGULANMASI Özellikle son yıllarda yaşanan üzücü deprem olaylarından sonra inşaat sektörü de uluslar arası pazarda yer edinebilmek için toplam kalite yönetimini benimsemeye başlamıştır. İnşaat sektörünün dünü , bu günü ve geleceği anlatılan bu tez de toplam kalite yönetimi uygulamalarıyla sektörün neler kazanacağı araştırılmıştır. Toplam kalite yönetimi uygulama şartları ve bu şartların şirketlere neler kazandıracağının yanında toplam kalite yönetimini uygulamayan şirketlerin de neler kaybettikleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Uluslar arası pazarda yarışabilmek için Türk İnşaat Sektörünün yapması gerekenler anlatılmıştır. Uygulama kısmında ise, seçilen X şirketinin kalite belgesi olmasına rağmen, toplam kalite yönetimini tam anlamıyla uygulamadığından dolayı sektörde yer bulamadığı, ve gözlemlenen sorunları çözmek için gereken öneriler anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. It has been researched what the sector could gain by means of application of total quality management by this thesis which gives information about the present, past and future of the construction sector. Applying the total quality management rules, it hasn't only been tried to determine what the companies could gain by these rules but what the companies which haven't applied total quality management could lose as well. It has explained what the Turkish Construction Sector should do to compete in the international area. In application chapter although chosen X company has a quality certificate, as it doesn't apply the total quality extensively and so it can't find a place in the sector, to solve, the problems which were observed the advice which were a must has been tried to explain.
