Futbol hakemlerinin stres kaynaklarının tespiti

Abstract

Amaç: Futbol hakemlerinin stres kaynaklarının tespit edilmesi, tespit edilecek sonuçlar neticesinde önlemler alınması hakemliğin gelişimi açısından önem arz etmektedir. Bu nedenle, tezin konusu olan futbol hakemlerinin stres kaynaklarının tespiti ile hakemlerin maksimum performans düzeylerine ulaşmaları ve başarılı müsabakalar yöneterek futbolun gelişimine katkı sağlamaları açısından gerekli ve önemlidir.Gereç ve Yöntem: Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu’ na bağlı olarak Kocaeli ilinde bulunan futbol hakemleri seçilerek stres sevileri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın planlaması tarama modeli esas alınarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma hakkındaki bilgiler, kaynakların taranması ve literatür araştırması sonucu ve de uygulanan ölçme aracının ardından elde edilen bilgi ve bulgulardan sağlanmıştır. Araştırmada uygulanan ölçek ve kişisel bilgi formundan toplanan veriler Microsoft Exel 2013 programında düzenlenmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPPS 23 for Windows paket kullanılmıştır.Bulgular ve Sonuçlar: Elde edilen bulgular ve çalışmamızdan çıkan sonuç neticesinde; futbol hakemlerinde yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, hakemlik yılı, meslek grupları, şiddet görme ortamları, ailelerinin hakemliğe bakış açısından, iş hayatlarını etkileme biçimleri açısından stres kaynakları açısından değerlendirildiğinde anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilmiştir.

Objective: Determining the sources of stress of football referees and taking measures as a result of the identified consequences are important for the development of refereeing. For this subject of the reason of thesis, determining the sources of stress of the football referees and reaching them to the maximum performance levels is necessary and important in order to contribute to the development process of football by managing successful competitions.Material and Methods: The stress of football referees depending on Turkey Football Federation at the Kocaeli city has been tried to determine. The planning of the study was based on the screening model. The information about the research was obtained from after the results of literature review and source research and applied the measurement tool. The scale applied in the study and the data collected from personal information form were arranged in Microsoft Excel 2013 program. SPPS 23 for Windows software was used in the analysis of the obtained data.Findings and Results: As a result of our study and the findings obtained; a significant difference was found when the referees were evaluated in terms of stress sources in terms of age, gender, marital status, educational level, referee year, occupational groups, violence environments, family perspective of referees, and ways of influencing work life.
