Publication: Ulusal okul sağlığı hemşireliği sertifika programı müfredatı geliştirme projesi : bir Delphi çalışması
Abstract
Amaç : Türkiye’de okul sağlığı hemşireliği eğitiminin bir standardizasyonunun olmaması ve tüm uzmanların eğitim içeriği hakkında uzlaşı sağlayabilmesi adına bu çalışmada Delphi tekniği kullanılarak okul sağlığı hemşireliği müfredatının geliştirilmesine karar verilmiştir. Gereç ve Yöntem : Veriler, belirlenen uzman grubundan Delphi tekniği kullanılarak elektronik posta yolu ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin toplanması ardışık devam eden 3 Delphi turu ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada uzman olarak Türkiye’de okul sağlığı hemşireliği alanında çalışmaları olan akademisyen hemşireler ve okul sağlığı hemşireleri belirlenmiştir. Toplam 83 uzman çalışmaya katılım için davet edilmiştir. Veriler 1. Çeyrek, 3. Çeyrek, medyan ve genişlik ile değerlendirilmiştir. Genişlik, üçüncü çeyrek ile birinci çeyrek arasındaki farktır. Çeyrekler arası genişlik 1,2 ve altı uzlaşma oranı olarak belirlenmiştir. Bulgular: İlk turun sonunda 177 öğrenim çıktısı, 9 Ana başlık, 262 Alt başlık, ikinci turun sonunda, 167 öğrenim çıktısı, 9 ana ve 255 alt başlık, üçüncü turun sonunda 9 ana başlık, 255 alt başlık, 167 öğrenim çıktısı üzerinde uzlaşı sağlanarak delphi turları sonlandırılmıştır. Sonuç: Uzlaşı sağlanılarak oluşturulan bu müfredatın, okul sağlığı hemşireliği eğitimi için bir rehber olarak esas alınıp eğitimin standardizasyonuna katkı sağlayacaktır.
Objective: School nursing education has not been standardized in Turkey so it was decided the Delphi technique would be used to develop a curriculum for a program of education in school nursing. Material and methods: The data were collected from the expert panel via the Delphi technique by means of e-mail. Data were collected in three consecutive Delphi rounds. The population of the study comprised academic nurses and school nurses working in the area of school nursing in Turkey. A total of 83 experts were invited to participate in the study. The data were evaluated in terms of Quartile 1, Quartile 3, medians and interquartile ranges. Interquartile range refers to the difference between Quartile 3 and Quartile 1. The consensus was considered as less than the interquartile range of 1.2. Results: At the end of Round-1, 177 learning outcomes, 9 main topics and 262 sub-topics were obtained. At the end of Round-2, 167 learning outcomes, 9 main and 255 sub-topics were gathered, while at the end of Round-3, the agreement was reached regarding 9 main topics, 255 sub-topics and 167 learning outcomes, thus ending the Delphi rounds. Conclusion: The curriculum on which the agreement was reached will be treated as a guide to school nursing education and contribute to the standardization of this instruction.
