Publication: Elektronik bilgi ve belge yönetim sistemlerinin kamu kurumlarında verimliliğe etkisi
Abstract
Bu tez çalışmasının temel amacı, elektronik bilgi ve belge yönetim sistemlerinin kamu kurumlarında verimliliğe etkisini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu amaçla çalışma kapsamında yapılan araştırma, kamu sektöründe faaliyet gösteren çalışanlar ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu araştırma kapsamında hazırlanan anket, Marmara Üniversitesi Anket Sistemi’ne yüklenmiş ve anket linki kamu kurumları arasından örneklem olarak seçilen 152 kuruma gönderilmiştir. Sisteme giriş yaparak anketi tamamlayan 724 kişinin verileri değerlendirilmeye alınmıştır. Bu veriler kullanılarak elektronik bilgi ve belge yönetim sistemlerinin kamu kurumlarında verimliliğe etkisi; Yönetsel kontrol, Verimlilik, Kullanışlılık, Çalışan Memnuniyeti, Etkinlik, Yenilik, Bilgi Yönetimine Katkı, Maliyet ve Güvenlik başlıkları altında analiz edilerek açıklanmıştır. Yürütülen araştırma sonucunda bu sistemlerin sorularda geçen tüm durumları sağladığı dolayısıyla verimliliği olumlu yönde ve önemli bir şekilde etkilediği ortaya çıkmıştır. The main objective of this study is to examine the effect of electronic information and electronic document management systems on the efficiency of public sector organizations. Therefore research was carried out in line with this purpose on employees in public sector organizations. The questionnaire developed for this study was sent in link form to 152 public organizations from the survey system of Marmara University. 724 public sector employees participated in the survey and their responses were evaluated accordingly. The data were used to analyze the effect of electronic Information and document management systems on efficiency at public sector organizations.
