Abstract

terli Karar Verme, AHP, Electre, Vikor, Entegre Yönetim Sistemleri ÖZET Tüm fonksiyonların, süreçlerin ve faaliyetlerin birbirleriyle etkileşimli olarak yürütülmesi açısından yönetim sistemlerinin uygulanması organizasyonlarda önemlidir. Entegre yönetim sistemi yaklaşımıyla sisteminin yapılandırılması organizasyonun etkinliği ve sürekli gelişimi açısından son derece önemlidir. Çünkü Entegre Yönetim Sistemi, bütünsel bakış akışı getirerek organizasyonlara çok önemli katkı sağlar. Bu sistemler, organizasyonların iş yapış biçimine kendi amacına göre yön veren, bir takım gereklilikleri ya da bakış açılarını kapsayan, başka bir deyişle bazı faaliyetlerin daha iyi gerçekleştirilmesi için kılavuzluk eden sistemlerdir. Bu çalışma birden fazla nitel ve nicel kriter göz önüne alarak en uygun yönetim sisteminin seçilmesini amaçlamaktadır. Geleneksel yöntemler yerine, bilimsel tekniklerin kullanılması ile sonuçların daha güvenilir olmasına ve sübjektif kararlardan uzaklaşılmasına yardımcı olunmaktadır. Bu nedenle Çok-kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden AHP, ELECTRE ve VİKOR kullanılarak bu ve benzeri problemlere bilimsel anlamda çözüm önerisi sunulmaktadır.
