KOBİ’lerde TKY uygulamaları ve kalite bilinci

Abstract

KOBİ'LERDE TKY UYGULAMALARI VE KALİTE BİLİNCİ Küreselleşen dünyada; teknolojik gelişme, zevk ve tercihlerdeki değişiklikler, haberleşme kolaylıkları, insanların tüketim kalıplarını artırmıştır. Yaşanan ekonomik krizler, ulusal sınırların aşılması, pazarın giderek daralması gibi nedenlerle yeni ekonomik düzen de ölçek ekonomisine dayalı yığın üretim sistemleri yerini esnek üretim sistemlerine bırakmıştır. Ekonominin her döneminde var olan küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmeler (KOBİ) mal farklılaştırmasına gidebilmesi, kolay değişiklik yapabilmeleri, yaratıcılığı beslemeleri gibi avantajları ile esnek üretim sisteminin vazgeçilmez temel ekonomik birimleri olmuşlardır. Günümüz rekabet ortamında başarı ise, yakalan değişim trendi, müşteri istek ve beklentilerinin tespiti, her kullanıma uygun mal ve hizmetin üretimi ile yani kalitenin sağlanması ile elde edilir. Kalite kadar önemli diğer iki faktörde hız ve maliyettir.Kalite ,hız ve maliyet üçgeninde hedeflere ulaşmak belli bir sistem gerektirir. 21.yy ekonomik düzeninde yönetim modeli de bu sisteme sahip Toplam Kalite Yönetimi (TKY)'dir. TKY, Pazar paylarının geniş olması nedeniyle daha profesyonel çalışan büyük ölçekli işletmeler tarafından bir zorunluluk olarak algılanır. Ancak bu yapının tam olarak işlemesi herkesin katılımını gerektirdiği için büyük Çoğunluluğu ana sanayie tedarikçi olan KOBİ'leri de kapsamaktadır. Esnek üretim sistemi uygulayabilmeleri, müşterileri ve çalışanları ile birebir ilişki kurmaları, üst yönetimin (bu çoğu zaman işletme sahibidir) her duruma hakimiyeti TKY'nin KOBİ'lerde uygulanmasını kolaylaştırır. Bu çalışma da günümüz küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerinin TKY'ye ve kaliteye bakış açılarını belirlemeye yöneliktir. The economic crises that have been hired, possing the international barriers, and the continual decrease of the market are reasons the new economic system, based on the scale economy dependent on the seriel productıon systems have been replaced by flexible productıon system. Small and medium sized enterprises (SBE) which have been present in all the seasons of economy, can lead to product differences, easy changes should be made, should feed creativity, with these advantages of flexible productıon systems, would be the base of the economic units. Today the competition environment could achiere success, changes of trend, being cought, to know desires (acomplish) the expectatıons and requirements of customers could be provided by productıons. The two other factors are speed and cost, to achieve the goals of the quality / speed and productıon triangle needs a specific system. The 21st century economic system management model is also by this system of the Total Quality Management (TQM) In the TQM, wide market shares are the reasons that more professional working is by large sized enterprise is understood as a neccesity. Only, to enable this system to work and everyones participatıon is neccessary and for this reason most ofthe major manufactures are costumers which also carer SBE's. The carried art flexible productıon systems, the customers and workers developing a relatıonship, higher management (most of the time is the owner) in all circumstances are in control by the TQM carried art in the SME's are made easiers. This resarch is based on this times small and medium sized enterprises, TQM determines directıon of the outlook of quality.
