Abstract

Rumeli Ahkâm Defterlerinde Filibe'ye Dair Hükümler (1742-1745) (İnceleme-Metin) Balkan coğrafyasında, Osmanlı Devleti’nin Rumeli eyaleti sınırları içerisinde yer alan Filibe kazasının sosyal, idarî ve iktisadî bakımdan incelenmesine yardımcı olan Rumeli Ahkȃm Defterleri, eyaletlerden Divân-ı Hümâyun’a ulaştırılan sorunların tertip edilerek, devletin çözüm yöntemlerini ve toplumsal sorunlara nasıl yaklaştığını belirten ana kaynaklardır. Bu çalışmada, 1742-1745 yıllarına ait ilk dört defter içerisindeki Filibe’ye dair hükümler tespit edilerek transkripsiyonları yapılmıştır. Ortaya çıkan bilgiler incelenerek şehrin bir dönem tarihini aydınlatmaya yönelik veriler elde edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Rumeli, Ahkâm Defterleri, Osmanlı

Verdicts r.e Plovdiv in Rumelian Regulations Books (1742-1745) (Research-Text) The Rumelian Regulations Books, that had been used to help inspecting Plovdiv district which was located in Rumelia state borders of Ottoman Empirein Balkan geography, in social, managerial, economical and judicial ways are the main sourcesto point out how the issues that had been taken to the imperial council designated and show the government’s approaches to the communal issues and its solutions. In our study, the verdicts r.e Plovdiv between1742-1745 in these law books have been detected and their transcriptions have been made.
