Abstract

TEZ ÖZETİ Rivâyeti Geciktirilen Hadisler Ve Nedenleri: İslam dinin Kur'an'dan sonra ikinci kaynağı ve tüm Müslümanlara rehber olan Sünnet'in önemi ve yeri büyüktür. Sünnet deyince de Resûlüllah'ın (s.a.) sözleri ve fiilleri akla gelmektedir. Resûlüllah'ı (s.a.) yansıtan bu söz ve fiillerin nakli noktasında da sahâbe ve tâbiûn oldukça dikkatli davranmış ve rivâyetlerini itina ile aktarmışlardır. İşte bu rivâyetler içerisinde özellikle, ashâbın ya vefatlarına yakın veya bir takım olaylar vuku bulurken rivâyet etmiş oldukları hadislerin yine içersinde gecikme nedenleri ile beraber değerlendirmelerini ve bu rivâyetlerin sıhhatleri hususunda yapılan değerlendirmeleri ele almaya çalıştık. Aynı şekilde hadislerin diğer kaynaklar - Kütüb-ü Tis'a – içerisindeki yerlerine işaret ederek bu rivâyetlerin farklılıklarını da araştırmamızda ifade etmeye gayret ettik. Bu çalışmanın rivâyetlerin tahriç ve tahkiki üzerine araştırma yapacak arkadaşlara örnek olasını temenni ediyoruz.

OF THESİS Hadıths Wıth Delayed Transmıssıons And Their Reasons: The importance and status of Sunnah, Islam’s second source after the Quran and a guide to the entire Muslims is immense. Sunnah basically denotes to the words and actions of the Prophet (upon whom be peace). Insofar as the transmission of these words and actions reflecting the life of the Prophet are concerned, the Sahabe and Tâbiûn took delicate care in conveying them. Within this Project, we have especially tried to assess these narrations with their reasons of delay, owing to events occurring close to the deathe of some companions or at other times, in addition to considering the evalvations given concerning the authenticity of these transmissions. Similarly, by virtue of alluding to the respective locations of the hadiths within the “ Qutub-i Tıs’a”, we have attempited to draw attention to their differences. We sincerely hope that this work will constitute an example for those wishing conduct research on the extraction (takhreoj) and investigation (tahgeeg) of these narrations.
