Abstract
Dünyada ve kendi toplumları içinde yaşayan, farklı kültürleri tanıtmak, kültür birikimlerini herkese anlatarak bütün toplumun yararlanmasını sağlamayı amaçlamak, sanat eğitimi sayesinde olabilir. Sanat eğitimi derslerinin içeriği öğrencilere uygulamalı yapılarak sanatın tarihsel gelişimini, estetiği, sanat eserlerine nasıl bakmaları gerektiğini de öğretilmektedir. Televizyon, bilgisayar ve farklı medya ürünleriyle bize göre çok daha önce tanışan, sanayileşme süreci içinde farklı kültürlerin toplandığı şehir toplumu ve şehirsel kültür gerçekleriyle uzun yıllar önce karşılaşan Avrupa toplum yapısının durumu, bu toplum içinde yetişen çocukların ve üniversite gençliğinin birer öğrenci olarak okullarda ezbere dayanmayan, sorgulamaya dayalı resim derslerini nasıl aldıkları bu çalışma kapsamında içerik olarak incelenmiştir. Ülkemizde çoğu okulda sınıfta yapılan sanat eğitimi dersleri dünya ve kendi sanatımızla ilgili hayatı ve çevrelerini daha iyi algılayabilmeleri için daha kapsamlı ve gerçek hayatla bağıntılı kültür ve sanat eğitimi derslerine ihtiyaç vardır. Sanat eğitimi öğrencilerin normal hayattan kopmadan, eğitim görmelerinin sağlanması açısından çok önemlidir. Özellikle ilköğretim okullarında öğrencilerin, sınıf içi ve dışı ortamlarda çalışmaları, ülkemizdeki okul ortamına göre çok farklı olan Avrupalı Biriliğine üye ülke öğrencilerle karşılaştırılması bu çalışmanın temelini oluşturmaktadır.
Introducing different cultures living overall the world and in specified societies, aiming to provide the society to draw benefit by telling the accumulation of their cultures just could be by art education. By doing the content of the art studies applied to the students, the historical improvement of art, aesthetics of it and the way how they should look after the artistic works also have been taught. The structure of Europe Society, that has meet with television, computer and different media products long time ago when compared to us, and that has meet with the facts of civic culture and civic society where different cultures have been gathered together during industrialization process, has been examined and it has also been examined the way how children and university youth growing in this society, are taking picture lessons based on cross-examination not based on memorization. For the students to be able to perceive their environment and life related to our art better, at classes in most of the schools there is a need of culture and art study lessons having more scope and connected to real life. Art study is very important on the point that it provides them to be educated without cutting connection with normal life. Especially, in primary schools the student workings inside and outside the class, comparing the students in our country with the European Union member county students, the school environment of whom is very different, forms the basic principle of this study.
