Publication: Vardiyalı çalışanlarda örgüte bağlılık
Abstract
VARDİYALI ÇALIŞANLARDA ÖRGÜTE BAĞLILIK Bu çalışmada; vardiyalı hastane çalışanlarının örgüte bağlılıklarını etkileyen faktörler ile her bir faktörün önem derecesi belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca bu faktörlerle çalışanların demografik özellikleri arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Hastane çalışanlarına uygulanmak üzere hazırlanan anket İstanbul’da faaliyet gösteren bir devlet hastanesi çalışanlarına uygulanmıştır. Anket sonuçları SPSS 15.0 programında analiz edilmiş, bulgular tablolar ve grafikler halinde sunulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda; hastane çalışanlarının örgüte bağlılıkları ile eğitim durumları, aldıkları ücret, bulundukları görev, sahip oldukları çocuk sayıları, işte çalışma süreleri ve iş değiştirme sayıları arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmazken, diğer demografik özellikleri ile örgüte bağlılıkları arasında ilişkiler saptanmıştır.
ORGANİZATİONAL ENGAGEMENT AT STAFF WORKING IN SHIFTS This study aims to define the factors influencing organizational engagement levels of hospital staff working in shifts. Together with the importance of the effects of these factors also the relationship between these factors and demographical status of participants was investigated. A survey was conducted among staff of State Hospital – İstanbul. The results of the survey were analyzed with SPSS 15.0 and findings were represented with tables and graphics. The study revealed that there were not any statistically significant relationship between organizational engagement levels of hospital staff and their education level, salary, position, number of children, tenure and number of job switching. On the other hand, statistically significant relationships were found between other demographical characteristics and organizational engagement.
