Abstract
Sanal organizasyonlar, iç kontrol ÖZET SANAL ORGANİZASYONLARDA İÇ KONTROL YAPISI VE BİR ARAŞTIRMA Sanal organizasyonlarda iç kontrolün çeşitli demografik özellikler açısından farklılaşma durumunun belirlenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmada Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Sanal Organizasyonlarda İç Kontrol Ölçeği olmak üzere iki bölümden oluşan bir anket hazırlanmıştır ve 105 kişiye uygulanmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirliğinin yüksek kategorisinde olduğu saptanmıştır. Alan araştırmasından toplanan verilerin değerlendirilmesi ve analizinde SPSS 20.0 istatistik paket kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda; cinsiyete, eğitim durumuna,meslekteki çalışma süresine, halen çalışılan işletmede çalışan sayısına, göre sanal organizasyonlarda iç kontrol farklılık göstermektedir.Yaşa, işletmede çalışma süresine ve halen çalışılan işletmede faaliyet süresine göre sanal organizasyonlarda iç kontrol farklılık göstermemektedir. rtual Organizations, Internal Control
AN INVESTIGATION OF INTERNAL CONTROL STRUCTURE AND VIRTUAL ORGANIZATIONS In this research conducted for determining the differentiation condition of internal control in virtual organizations in terms of various demographic features, a questionnaire including two parts as Personal Information Form and Internal Control in Virtual Organizations Scale was prepared and conducted on 105 people. The reliability level of the questionnaire was determined as high. SPSS 20.0 statistics package software was used for evaluation and analysis of the data collected from field research. As the result of the obtained findings, it’s determined that internal control in virtual organizations differs in terms of gender, educational status, term of employment in the sector, and the number of employees in the company worked for; but that it doesn’t differ in terms of age, term of employment in company, and term of employment in the current company.
