Öğretmenlerin ders konularına uygun ortam hazırlama yeterlilikleri

Abstract

ÖĞRETMENLERİN DERS KONULARINA UYGUN ORTAM HAZIRLAMA YETERLİLİKLERİ Bu araştırmada, ilköğretim okulları, 2.kademede görev yapan öğretmenlerin ders konularına uygun olarak dersi planlama, sınıf ortamını düzenleme ve konuya uygun materyal hazırlama alanlarındaki yeterlilikleri belirlenmeye çalışılmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin dersi planlama, düzenleme ve yürütülmesindeki etkililiği araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma anketi, Burdur ve Isparta illeri merkezindeki üçü özel okul olmak üzere toplam 26 ilköğretim okulunda uygulanmıştır. Anket, ilköğretim okullarının sadece 2.kademe öğretmenlerine uygulanmıştır. Ankete toplam 297 branş öğretmeni katılmıştır. Anket formu dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde kişisel bilgiler ve bağımsız sorular yer almaktadır. Anketin üçüncü bölümünde 15, üçüncü bölümünde 14, dördüncü bölümünde ise 16 tane soru vardır. İlk bölümdeki sorular, öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, kıdem, branş, mezun olunan okul, haftada verdikleri ders saati, aldıkları hizmet içi eğitim, sınıftaki öğrenci sayısını kapsamaktadır. Bu çalışma 6 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Bunlar; giriş, ilgili yayınlar, yöntem, bulgular, sonuçlar ve önerilerdir. Elde edilen verilerin istatistiki çözümlemelerinde p< .05 düzeyinde anlamlı bulunan sonuçlar tablolarla gösterilmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir. TEACHERS’ CAPABILITIES TO PREPARE APPROPRIATE MEDIA ACCORDING TO THE CLASS SUBJECTS In this research, Teachers’ preparations before the lesson and during the class time and material development have been tried to find out. Teachers who are working in the secondary level of primary schools have been included in the research. Effectiveness of teachers in planing, organising and teaching the lesson have been tired to be searched. In this study survey method has been used. Research questionaire were applied to the primary school second level teachers in Burdur and Isparta. The questionaire was applied in the twenty-six primary schools, three of them were private colleges. 297 teachers answered the questionaire. The questionaire consists of four parts. In the first part, there are eight questions dealing with the personel information and independent questions about the teachers. Other parts included dependent questions . in the second part there are fifteen questions, in the third part there are fourteen questions, in the last part there are sixteen questions. In the first part the sexes, the year they are in service, the school they graduated from, the number of the hours they are teaching in a week, their in-service training and the number of the students in their classes have been questioned. This study consists of six parts. These are; introduction, related boks and articles, method, findings, results and proposals. The results which are meaningful an p.05 level are evaluated and shown in the tables. The groups which have not had significant differences are not included in the research.
