Türki̇ye gi̇ri̇şimci̇li̇k ekosi̇stemi̇ni̇n kırılma noktaları ve 2001-2020 yılları arasındakı tari̇hsel süreci̇

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Türkiye girişimcilik ekosisteminin 2001-2020 yılları arasındaki tarihsel süreci incelenmiştir. Türkiye, girişimcilik indekslerinde her ne kadar küresel rakamlarla benzer oranları yakalasa da girişimcilik ekosistemi olarak bu rakamlara yakın çıktılar üretememektedir. Bu nedenle Türkiye girişimcilik ekosisteminin yerel düzeyde belirleyici dinamiklerinin belirlenmesi ihtiyacı ortaya çıkmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye teknoloji girişimciliğinin oluşum sürecini ve günümüze kadar gelişimini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla, İstanbul girişimcilik ekosisteminde yer alan 42 kişi ile derinlemesine görüşme yapılarak Türkiye teknoloji girişimciliği ekosistemindeki kırılma noktaları öğrenilmiştir. Verilen cevaplar MAXQDA 2022 programı ile analiz edilerek görselleştirilmiştir. Belirtilen kırılma noktaları sonucunda ekosistemin tarihsel gelişimi 3 aşamaya ayrılmıştır. Belirlenen 3 aşamalı tarihsel süreç katılımcı görüşlerine dayanarak ikincil veri kaynakları ile incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda Türkiye teknoloji girişimciliği ekosisteminin oluşum aşaması ve yakın tarih incelemesi gerçekleştirilmiştirThis study has examined the historical process of the Turkish entrepreneurial ecosystem between the years 2001-2020. Although Turkey achieves similar rates with global figures in entrepreneurship indexes, entrepreneurial ecosystem cannot produce outputs close to these figures. Thus, this case has required to determine the milestones in the local dynamics of the Turkish entrepreneurial ecosystem. The aim of the research is to reveal the formation process of Turkey's technology entrepreneurship and its development until today. For this purpose, breaking points in the Turkish technology entrepreneurial ecosystem were learned by conducting in-depth interviews with 42 people in the Istanbul entrepreneurial ecosystem. The answers obtained as a result of the interviews were analysed and visualized with the MAXQDA 2022 program. As a result of the specified breaking points, the historical development of the ecosystem is divided into 3 stages. The determined 3-stage historical process was examined together with the secondary data based on the views of the participants. As a result of the research, the formation phase and recent historical analysis of the Turkish technology entrepreneurial ecosystem was carried out.
