Abstract

12-15 YAŞLARI ARASINDA ERGEN ÇOCUK SAHİBİ ANNELERİN EĞİTİM İHTİYAÇLARININ BELİRLENMESİ, İHTİYACA UYGUN PROGRAM GELİŞTİRİLMESİ UYGULAMA VE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ Bu araştırma, 12-15 yaşları arasında çocuğu olan ergen annelerinin, ergenlik dönemine özgü eğitim ihtiyaçlarının belirlenerek, ihtiyacı karşılamaya uygun eğitim geliştirilmesi ve sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesini içermektedir. Deneme modeline uygun olarak düzenlenen araştırmanın evrenini, İstanbul İli Pendik İlçesi’nde bulunan M.E.B. Orhan Sinan Hamzaoğlu İlköğretim Okulu ikinci kademede (6-7-8. sınıflar) çocukları öğrenim gören, 9 sınıfın velileri oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem için, gönüllülük esasına dayalı olarak, 52 anne belirlenmiş, bu annelere eğitim ihtiyacını belirleme anketi uygulanmış, aynı gruptan 15 anne deney; 15 anne de kontrol grubu olarak çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Deney grubuna 5 hafta süreyle haftada 3 saat süren oturumlar şeklinde araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen eğitim uygulanmış, hem eğitim süreci hem de sonrasında çeşitli veri toplama araçları kullanılarak veriler toplanmış, çözümlenerek, frekans, yüzde dağılımları hesaplanmış ve iki grubun eğitim sonu bilgi testinden aldıkları puanlar arasındaki aritmetik ortalama farkına bakılmıştır. Ayrıca nitel çözümlemeler ile programın annelerde yarattığı etkiler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bazı önemli sonuçlar şunlardır: Algılanan gelir dağılımına göre % 78’i orta gelirli annelerden oluşan grubun, ergenlik dönemine özgü düzenlenecek olası bir programa katılım talebinin % 79 olduğu görülmüş; öncelikle “Ergen ve Ergenliği Tanımak”; “Ergenlikte Kişilik Gelişimi”; “Genç İle Sağlıklı İletişim Kurabilme”; “Ergenlikte Problem Çözme Becerileri” “Sınav Kaygısı ve Verimli Ders Çalışma Yöntemleri” konularında bilgi almak istediklerini belirtmişlerdir. Bu talebe uygun geliştirilen eğitim katılımcı anneye uygulanmış, daha sonra etkilerinin incelenmesi ile araştırmaya son verilmiştir. TO DETERMINE THE NEEDS OF EDUCATION OF THE MOTHERS WHO HAVE ADOLESCENT CHILD BETWEEN THE AGES OF 12-15 , TO DEVELOP PROGRAMS BASED ON THOSE NEEDS, THE APPLICATON AND THE EVALUATION OF THE PROGRAMS This research includes the improvement of the education programs that supply the need of the mothers who have adolescent child ages between 12-15 by determining the education needs special to the adolescence and evaluation of the results. The environment of this research that has been prepared to the model of the assay , composed by the guardians of the students of the second grade ( 6,7,8 class’ ) of 9 class’ from the school of M.E.B. Orhan Sinan Hamzaoğlu Primary School located in Pendik district of Istanbul City. For the sampling , based on the volunteerism, 52 mothers have been designated, the survey of determining the education need has been applied to these mothers, 15 of them have been counted as experiment group and 15 of them have been counted as control group from the same group. The education program that has been developed by the researcher, has been applied to the experiment group for 5 weeks period as 3 hours sessions per week , the datas have been collected by using the means of data collection , by analysing them and frequency and dissolution of percentages have been calculated and the difference of the arithmetic average of the grades of the two groups taken from the knowledge test at the end of the education program have been checked both during the education period and also after this period. Beside, the influences of the program against mothers tried to be displayed with the qualitative analysis. Some of the important results derived from the research are : It seemed that the demand of the participation to a program composed special to the adolescence is 79 % derived from 78 % of the mothers who are in the middle income brackets based on the perceived income group.
