Haleften muhali̇fe : Ayetullah Hüseyi̇n Ali̇ Muntazirî’ni̇n bi̇yografi̇si̇ ve si̇yasi̇ düşünceleri̇

Abstract

İran İslam Cumhuriyeti'nin, gerek fikri inşasına gerek Uzmanlar Meclisi Başkanı olması sebebiyle resmen olarak kurulmasına öncülük eden Ayetullah Hüseyin Ali Muntazırî (1922-2009), İran siyasi tarihinin önemli şahsiyetlerinden biridir. İran'ın devrim öncesi ve sonrasında önemli politik meselelerinde aktif rol alan Muntazırî, bu çalışmada biyografisi çerçevesinde ele alınmaktadır. 1986 yılında Devrim Rehberi Halefi ilan edilip sadece üç yıl sonra bu görevden azledilmesi akabinde 1989 yılındaki anayasa değişikliği ile nitelikleri değişen Velâyet-i Fakih sistemini ve Devrim Rehberi Ayetullah Hamaney’i eleştirmesi onun politik fikri dönüşümü olarak yorumlanmaktadır. Özellikle mahkumların idam edilmesine karşı çıkması ve gözaltı sürecinde insan onuruna aykırı muameleyi kınaması Muntazırî’nin insan hakları aktivisti olarak anılmasına vesile olmuştur. Tüm bunlar onun mevcut İran yönetimine karşı geliştirdiği muhalefetin bir parçası olarak görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada kendisinin siyasi düşünceleri ve oluşturduğu muhalefet biyografisi çerçevesinde aktarılmakta ayrıca haleften muhalif saflara geçişi neden sonuç bağlamında ele alınmaktadır. Bu tezin amacı Muntazırî’nin biyografisi çerçevesinde İran İslam Cumhuriyeti’nin fikren ve fiziki inşasını ele alarak siyasi düşüncelerinin dönüşüm geçirmesiyle birlikte Velâyet-i Fakih sistemine oluşturduğu muhalefetin sebeplerini ve bunun İran muhalefetini nasıl etkilediğini tartışmaktır.

Ayatollah Hossein Ali Montazeri (1922-2009), who pioneered both the intellectual construction of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its official establishment as the Chairman of the Assembly of Experts, is one of the most important figures of Iran’s political history. In this study it is discussed within the framework of the biography of Montazeri, who took an active role before and after the revolution in Iran. Montazeri's criticisms of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei and the Velayat-e Faqih system, which was changed by the constitutional amendment in 1989, were interpreted as his political and intellectual transformation. In particular, his opposition to the execution of prisoners and his condemnation of torture made him known as a human rights activist. All this is interpreted as part of his opposition to the Iranian regime. In this study, his political thoughts and opposition are discussed within the framework of his biography, and his transition from successor to opposition is expressed in the context of cause and effect. The aim of this thesis is to discuss the reasons for Montazeri's opposition to the Velayat-e Faqih system along with the transformation in his political thoughts and and how it affected the Iranian opposition within the framework of Montazeri’s biography.
