Publication: İç Kontrol Sisteminin etkinliğini sağlamada iç denetimin rolü ve bir uygulama
Abstract
Bu çalışmada iç kontrol sisteminin etkinliğini sağlamada iç denetimin rolü araştırılmıştır. Bu bağlamda ulusal ve uluslararası düzenlemeler irdelenerek konunun iş dünyasındaki önemi vurgulanmaya çalışılmıştır. Hisseleri borsada işlem gören bir şirketler topluluğuna bağlı halka açık olmayan bir şirkette iç denetim uygulaması yapılmış, örnek bir iç denetim raporu hazırlanmış ve uygulamada elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda iç kontrol sisteminin etkinliğini sağlamada iç denetimin rolüne ilişkin tespitler yapılmış ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
In this study, the role of internal audit has been researched in order to operate effective internal control systems. In this context, the importance of the subject in the business world has tried to be highlighted by explicating national and international legislations. The function of internal audit has been monitored in a firm. This firm is a subsidiary company of a multicorporate enterprise which is trading on the stock exchange. The firm’s purchasing internal controls are tested and an example report has been made. In conclusion, the role of internal audit in obtaining effective internal control system has been detected and made suggestions.
