Publication: Sapanca Gölü’nde yaşayan sazan (cyprinus carpio linnaeus, 1958) ve karabalık (vimba vimba linnaeus, 1958)’in metazoan parazitleri
Abstract
Ocak 2004-Aralık 2004 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada Sapanca Gölü balık faunasında yer alan türlerden Cyprinus carpio ve Vimba vimba parazitolojik olarak incelenmiştir. Toplam 31 balık üzerinde çalışılmış olup; 16 Cyprinus carpio nun 13 adedinde, 15 Vimba vimba nın 11 adedinde parazit görülmüştür. Cyprinus carpio da Dactylogyrus phoxini (Malevitskaya,1949), Dactylogyrus extensus (Müller,Van Cleave,1932), Gyrodactylus sp. Monogenoidea, Caryophyllaeus laticeps (Pallas,1781), Bothriocephalus acheilognathi (Rud., 1808) Cestoidea, Diplostomum sp. Trematoda, Glochidium spp. Bivalvia ; Vimba vimba da; Dactylogyrus sphyrna (Linstow,1878), Dactylogyrus cornu (Linstow,1878), Dactylogyrus cornoides (Gläser et Gussev, 1971) Monogenoidea, Aspidogaster limacoides (Dies.,1835), Posthodiplostomum cuticola (Nordmann,1832), Tylodelphys clavata (Nordmann,1832), Diplostomum sp. , Tetracotyle sp. (Linstow,1856) Trematoda, Neoechinorhynchus rutili (Müller,1780), Glochidium spp. Bivalvia, Argulus foliaceus (Linnaeus,1758), Ergasilus sieboldi (Nordmann, 1832) Crustacea türleri bulunmuştur. Parazitler, konakçıda bulundukları yer, balıktaki enfeksiyon yüzdesi ve yoğunluğu açısından incelendi. Ortalama, minimum ve maksimum enfeksiyon yoğunlukları aylara göre çizelgeler yardımıyla değerlendirildi.
In this study metazoan parasites of Carp (Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus, 1758) and Vimba (Vimba vimba Linnaeus, 1758) in the Lake Sapanca were examined in January 2004-December 2004. Total of 31 fish investigated. 13 of the 16 C.carpio and 11 of the 15 V.vimba were infected by the parasites. The identified parasites in C.carpio were: Dactylogyrus phoxini (Malevitskaya,1949),Dactylogyrus extensus (Müller,Van Cleave,1932),Gyrodactylus sp. Monogenoidea, Caryophyllaeus laticeps (Pallas,1781), Bothriocephalus acheilognathi (Rud., 1808) Cestoidea, Diplostomum sp. Trematoda, Glochidium spp. Bivalvia. The identified parasites in V.vimba were: Dactylogyrus sphyrna (Linstow,1878), Dactylogyrus cornu (Linstow,1878), Dactylogyrus cornoides (Gläser et Gussev, 1971) Monogenoidea, Aspidogaster limacoides (Dies.,1835), Posthodiplostomum cuticola (Nordmann,1832), Tylodelphys clavata (Nordmann,1832), Diplostomum sp., Tetracotyle sp. (Linstow,1856) Trematoda, Neoechinorhynchus rutili (Müller,1780), Glochidium spp. Bivalvia, Argulus foliaceus (Linnaeus,1758), Ergasilus sieboldi (Nordmann, 1832) Crustacea. The parasites were investigated withthe place in the host, prevalance and intensity of infections in the fish. On the other hand avarage, minimum and maximum intensity of the infection were estimated.
