Abstract
Üniversitelerin Tenis Oynayan Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Bölümü Öğrencilerinin Özgüven Düzeylerinin Yaşam Doyumu ve Yaşam Kalitesine EtkisiÖğrencinin Adı Soyadı: Yasemin ALTUNTAŞDanışmanı: Prof. Dr. Turgay BİÇERAnabilim dalı: BEDEN EĞİTİMİ VE SPOR ANABİLİM DALI1.ÖZETBu çalışmada tenis oynayan Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Bölümü öğrencileri özelinde, üniversite öğrencilerinin özgüven düzeyleri ile yaşam doyumu ve yaşam kalitesi arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olup olmadığının tespit edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. İlişkisel tarama modelinin tercih edildiği araştırmaya 114 katılımcı dahil edilmiştir. Araştırma verileri anket yöntemi ile elde edilmiştir. Anketler yüz yüze olarak öğrencilere ulaştırılmıştır. Anket formu Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Özgüven Ölçeği, Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği ve Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği olmak üzere dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların özgüven düzeyleri ile yaşam doyumları arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca yaşam doyumu düzeylerinin öğrencilerin spor geçmişlerine göre anlamlı şekilde farklılaşmadığı katılımcıların genel sağlık durumları ile cinsiyet, sınıf, yaş ve spor geçmişleri arasında da anlamlı bir fark olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.

Relational screening model was preferred and 114 participants were included in the study. Survey data were obtained by questionnaire method. The questionnaires were delivered to the students face to face. The questionnaire consists of four parts: Personal Information Form, Self-Confidence Scale, Satisfaction with Life Scale and Quality of Life Scale.As a result of the research, it was found that there was a positive significant relationship between the self-confidence levels and life satisfaction of the participants. In addition, it was found that life satisfaction levels did not differ significantly according to the sports background of the students and there was no significant difference between the general health status of the participants and gender, class, age and sports background.
