Publication: Bir devlet hastanesinde çalışan hemşirelerin bağlanma stillerinin kişilerarası ilişkilere etkisinin değerlendirilmesi
Abstract
Amaç: Bu çalışma hemşirelerin bağlanma stillerini belirlemek ve bağlanma stillerinin kişilerarası ilişkiler üzerine etkisinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.Yöntem: Araştırma tanımlayıcı ve ilişki arayıcı niteliktedir. Çalışmanın yapılabilmesi için Marmara Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü Etik Kurulu’ndan etik kurul izni, İKKH Birliği Genel Sekreterliği’nden kurum izni alınmıştır. Bu çalışmanın evrenini bir devlet hastanesinde çalışmakta olan 321 kişi, örneklemini çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden 262 hemşire oluşturmuştur. Veriler Kişisel Bilgi Formu, İÖA ve KİBÖ ile toplanmıştır. Veriler, tanımlayıcı istatistiksel analizler, Shapiro-Wilk Testi, Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi, Bağımsız Gruplar t Testi, Kruskal-Wallis Test, Dunn-Bonferroni, Pearson Korelasyon Katsayısı, Pearson ki-kare Test ve Fisher-Freeman-Halton Exact Test, Cronbach Alfa Katsayısı kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir.Bulgular: Katılımcıların %12.2’si erkektir ve yaş ortalamaları 36.08±6.55’dir. KİBÖ onay bağımlılık alt boyutları ile İÖA alt boyutları arasında ve (korkulu bağlanma, r:0.133, p:0.032, saplantılı bağlanma: r:-0.177, p:0.004) KİBÖ empati alt boyutu ile İÖA alt boyutları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır (güvenli bağlanma, r:0.302, p<0.001, saplantılı bağlanma: r:0.139, p:0.025). KİBÖ başkalarına güven alt boyutu ile İÖA alt boyutları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır (güvenli bağlanma, r:0.153, p:0.013, saplantılı bağlanma: r:0.136, p:0.028). KİBÖ başkalarına güven alt boyutu ile İÖA alt boyutları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır (güvenli bağlanma, r:0.170, p:0.006, korkulu bağlanma: r:-0.244, p<0.001).Sonuç: Hemşirelerin bağlanma stilleri ile kişilerarası ilişki boyutlarının puan ortalamaları arasında ilişki saptanmıştır.Hemşirelik, Bağlanma Stilleri, Kişilerarası İlişkiler
Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the attachment styles of nurses and to assess the effect of their attachment styles on the interpersonal relations. Methods: A descritive and correlational research design was used in this study. 321 people in the universe of the study, the sample of 262 nurses. The data were collected using a personal information form, RSQ and the Scale of Dimensions of Interpersonal Relationships. For the data analysis, Shapiro-Wilk test, One Way Anova, independent samples t-test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Dunn-Bonferroni, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Pearson chi-square test, Fisher-Freeman-Halton Exact Test and Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient were used.Results: Of the participants, 12.2% were male, and the mean age of the participants was 36.08±6.55 years. A statistically significant relationship was found between the approval attachment subscales of the Scale of Dimensions of Interpersonal Relationships and the subscales of the RSQ and (fearful attachment, r: 0.133, p:0.032, preoccupied attachment, r:-0.177, p:0.004), and between the empathy subscales of the Scale of Dimensions of Interpersonal Relationships and the subscales of the RSQ (secure attachment, r:0.302, p<0.001, preoccupied attachment: r:0.139, p:0.025). This study also found a statistically significant relationship between the reliance on others subscale of the Scale of Dimensions of Interpersonal Relationships and the subscales of the RSQ (secure attachment, r:0.153, p<0.013, preoccupied attachment: r: 0.136, p:0.028). A statistically significant relationship between the reliance on others subscale of the Scale of Dimensions of Interpersonal Relationships and the subscales of the RSQ (secure attachment, r: 0.170, p<0.006, fearful attachment: r: -0.244, p<0.001).Conclusion: This study found that the attachment styles of nurses and the mean scores on interpersonal relationship dimensions were related.Nursing, attachment styles, interpersonal relationships
