Türkiye’de Sermaye Piyasası’nın yapısı iktisadi kalkınma üzerine etkisi

Abstract

TÜRKİYE'DE SERMAYE PİYASASI'NIN YAPISI VE İKTİSADİ KALKINMA ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ Türkiye'de Sermaye Piyasasının Yapısı ve İktisadi Kalkınma Üzerine Etkisi isimli çalışmada temel amaç, Türkiye Ekonomisinde istikrarsız bir yapı sergileyen ekonomik kalkınma sorununu sermaye piyasalarının derinliği, etkinliği ve yapısal özellikleri ile bağdaştırarak açıklamaya çalışmaktır. Bu amaçla öncelikli olarak ekonomik büyüme ve ekonomik kalkınma kavramları üzerinde durulmuş, literatürde bu kavramları açıklamaya dönük olarak ortaya atılan görüşler hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci aşamasında genel olarak sermaye piyasalarının yapısı, üçüncü aşamasında Türkiye'de sermaye piyasasının yapısı, kurumları, sorunları ve geliştirilmesi ele alınmıştır. Son aşamada ise sermaye piyasalarının yapısı ile ekonomik kalkınma arasında anlamlı bir ilişki kurulmuş, Türkiye açısından bu ilişki yabancı sermaye girişleri de katılarak açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.

THE STRUCTURE OF STOCK MARKET AND ITS EFFECT ON ECONOMICAL DEVELOPMENT The main purpose in The Structure of Stock Market and Its Effect on Economical Development is to explain the problem of economical development, which displays an unstable structure in Turkish Economy, by referring to the depth, effectiveness and structural characteristics of the stock markers. Therefore, primarily the concepts of economical growth and development were examined, and different opinions put forward in the related literature to explain those concepts were introduced in this study. The structure of stock markets in general was examined in the second stage of this study, and the structure, institutes, problems and improvement of the stock market in Turkey were handled in the third stage. In the last stage, a meaningful relationship was established between the structure of stock markets and economical development, and this relationship was sought to be explained by including the foreign capital entries as well.
