Abstract
Her sektörde olduğu gibi kalite tekstil sektöründe de önemli bir yer tutmaktadır.Başlangıçta yalnızca standartlara uygunluk olarak düşünülen bu amaca hizmet eden kalite anlayışı günümüzde evrimleşerek hataları önlemeyi ürünler arasında maliyet kayıplarını ortadan kaldırmayı müşteri istekleri doğrultusunda ürün ve hizmet sunmayı gerektiren bir süreç bir yönetim olarak düşünülmektedir.Kalitede şu unsurlar baz alınmaktadır. A)Mesleki Eğitim ve Yetiştirilen Elemanlar Okuldaki mesleki eğitim,yetiştirilen bilgili ve tecrübeli elemanlar bu sürecin en önemli yardımcılarıdır.Bunun içinde sadece teorik uygulama bilgisi değil ülkemizde de diğer Avrupa ülkeleri gibi teorik eğitimin yanı sıra pratik uygulamaya işletme pratiğine dayalı bir öğrenimin okullarda verilmesi yeterli miktarda kalifiye elemanın yetiştirilmesi gerekir. B)Yönetim Kalite kontrolünde hedef karlılığı garanti altına alacak ve arttıracak sistemleri ve süreçleri kurmak geliştirmektir.Buda etkili bir yönetimi gerektirir.Kaliteyi oluşturan temel öğelerin bir arada kullanılmasını sağlayan yönetimde baz alınan,uygulanan istatiksel ve genel kriterler a)Dizayn b)uygunluk c) standart ve spesifikasyonlar konulması d)Toleransın sağlanması e)Üretilen ürünün muayenesi f)Müşteriler arasında güvenilirliğin kazanılıp korunmasıdır. C)Standartlara Uygunluğun Denetlenmesi 115 ülkenin deklarasyonu ile oluşturulan resmi olmayan kalite kuruluşu İSO ve bu kuruluşça tekstil de dahil pek çok sanayi kuruluşunda standartlara bağlı olarak getirilen yenilikler,uyumluluk denetimleri bu amaçla kurulmuş çalışma grupları tüketiciler gözünde kalite anlayışı ve güvenilirliğini sağlamaktadır. Yine üniversitelerdeki kalite konusunda yapılan araştırmalarda kalite denetimini ve anlayışını genel sektör boyutuna yaymada yardımcı olmaktadır.Tıp ve sağlık alanındaki yenilikler doğrultusunda aynı zaman insan sağlığının korunmasını amaçlayan kalite bilincini getiren Öko-Tek adlı kuruluşta tekstildeki en önemli denetim organlarından biridir.
UTILIZING THE STATISTICAL PROCESSES IN QUALITY ASSESSMENT AND THEIR PRACTICE IN THE TEXTILE SECTOR Quality which is important almost every industrial branch, takes one of the important place in textile sector. From past to now, quality period evolved, in today understanding the meaning of quality, which was considered only being used for the aim of obeying the standards in the past, is to be dealt with the process or management for preventing defects, cost recovery, presenting goods and service for the aims of a consumers and customers. In this thesis, quality probed with these factors. A) Professional Education and Training Employees Professional Education, Training Employees in schools is the main subsidiary force in enforcing quality process. Only theoretical education is not efficient to attain this goal, there is a great necessary for educating adequate professional employees with the practices of management and theoretical wisdoms like other European Countries in Turkey. B) Management Main goal in quality sector is assured to be increased profits and approved systems or processes. This aim necessitates effective management. A. Design b. appropriateness c. Setting standards and specifications d) providing tolerance e) controlling products f) obtaining customers convenience are based elements for using statistical and main criteria in management. C) Supervision of Obeying Standards. Unofficial international quality committee İSO, which was established on the declaration of 115 member countries for the goals of composing new standards, presenting innovations in quality and making quality controls with working groups and universities in many industrial branch include textile; provide a great convenience in customers view. Furthermore, researches in universities help to prove controlling and understanding quality. Oko-Tek, which is established for preventing toxic or harmful materials for human's health in industrial products, is the other essential supervision organ in textile sector.
