Karton ambalaj üretiminde karşılaşılan problemlerin tespiti ve çözüm önerileri

Abstract

Ambalaj sektöründe teknolojik gelişmeler hızla devam etmektedir. Karton ambalaj sektörü de son yıllarda ki bu teknolojik gelişmelerden etkilenmiş ve günümüzde pazar payını arttıran ambalaj sektörlerinden biri olmuştur. Karton ambalaj sektöründe ki bu artış, aynı zamanda kalite beklentisi artırmıştır. Artan bu kalite talebini karşılayabilmek için kaliteyi etkileyen, mürekkep, lak, film kalıp, baskı makinası gibi faktörlerde de gelişmeler sağlanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, ambalajın tanımı, ambalajın fonksiyonları ve karton ambalajın diğer ambalajlara göre avantajları hakkında genel bilgi verildi. İkinci bölümde, baskıda kullanılan kartonlar ve karton ambalaj üretiminde en çok kullanılan karton türleri ve kullanıldığı alanlar hakkında genel bilgi verildi. Üçüncü bölüm karton ambalaj üretim aşamalarını içermektedir. Her aşama ayrı ayrı ele alınmış ve incelenmiştir. Karton ambalaj baskısında kullanılan ofset baskı makinalarında bulunan özellikler hakkında verildi ve bu bilgiler şekillerle desteklendi. Dördüncü bölümde, karton ambalaj üretim aşamalarında karşılaşılan problemler hatalı örnek kutularla açıklandı ve karşılaşılan bu problemlere çözüm önerileri getirildi. Son bölümde ise örnek bir matbaada altı aylık bir periyot da, tez içerisinde yer problemleri içeren istatistiksel bir çalışma yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada problemin karşılaşıldığı üretim aşamaları ve aylara göre çıkan miktarlarının oranları bulundu ve sonuçlar değerlendirildi. Technological improvements have been going on fast in the packaging sector. Cardboard packaging sector has also been influenced from these improvements in recent years and has become one of the packaging sectors which increases market quota today. This expansion in the cardboard packaging sector has also increased the expectation of quality. In order to answer this booming demand for better quality, the factors such as ink, cardboard, film, block, lacke, printing press, which all affect the quality, have also been improved. In the first section of this study, general information on the description of packaging, functions of packaging and advantages of cardboard packaging to other packaging types has been given. In the second section, general information on the cardboards used in printing, and the types of cardboards used extensively in the production of packaging, and the fields they are used has been given. The third section covers the phases of packaging production. Each phase is dealt with separately, and examined. General information about the features of offset printing machines used in printing the cardboard packaging has been given and supported with illustrations. In the fourth section problems faced during the production process of cardboard packaging have been explained by samples of faulty products and suggestions to solve the problems faced have been put forward. In the last section, a statistical study covering the stated problems faced in a six-month period has been carried out in a particular printing house. In this study the phases of production creating the problems have been determined and the ratio of the amount of faulty products to months has been calculated and the results have been evaluated.
