Publication: Avrupa Birliği’ne entegrasyon sürecinde KOSGEB’in rolü
Abstract
AVRUPA BİRLİĞİ’NE ENTEGRASYON SÜRECİNDE KOSGEB’İN ROLÜ Türkiye’de genel olarak iş yeri sayısı, çalışan sayısı ve katma değer gibi kriterler göz önüne alındığında küçük ve orta boy işletmelerin önemli bir yer taşıdığını görmekteyiz. Buna karşın ülkemizde önemli bir yer sahibi olan küçük ve orta boy işletmelere hak ettiği muamele yapılmamaktadır. Bundan dolayı da küçük ve orta boy işletmeler dünya pazarında rekabet güçlerini kaybetmektedir. Ülkemizde KOBİ’lerin genel olarak üç tip problemi vardır. Bunlar; değişime ayak uyduramamak, güven ve sürdürülebilir bir sürecin içinde duramamaktır. KOSGEB; KOBİ’ lerin bu problemlerine çözüm yolları bulmak, üretim,ürün ve hizmetlerinde kalite ve yüksek verimliliği arttırmak, teknolojik düzeylerini yükseltmek, pazar paylarını büyütmek ve uluslararası pazarlara açılmalarını sağlayabilmek için çeşitli çalışmalar ve alt yapı değişiklikleri yapmıştır. KOSGEB yapmış olduğu bu değişiklikler ile KOBİ’lerin analiz edilerek ihtiyaçları dahilinde desteklerin belirlenmesi sağlanmıştır. Bu çalışma ile Türkiye’de ki KOBİ’lerin Avrupa Birliği’ne entegrasyon sürecinde, dünya ekonomileri ile bütünleşip rekabet edebilmeleri ve AB’ye uyum sağlayabilmeleri için KOSGEB’ ten nasıl yararlanabileceği, KOSGEB’in KOBİ’ ler için ne kadar önemli bir kaynak olduğuna ve bu kaynaktan nasıl yararlanabileceğine atıfta bulunulmuştur.
ROLE OF THE KOSGEB İN THE ENTEGRATION PERIOD OF EUROPEAN UNİON İn Turkey , generally as these criterions number of workplaces , number of workers , value added small and medium size enterprise’s have an important part in economy.However importance of these enterprises , they can not find enough dealing or substantiate in our country.Therefore these enterprises losing their competitive strenght in the global markets. İn our country generally SME’s have three kind of problems.These are ; can’t keep pace with economic transformations , confidence and can’t staying in a sustainable period. KOSGEB , makes different kind of works and infrastructurel changes for finding resolutions of SME’s these problems , improving their productivities and their production’s , product’s , service’s qualities and increasing their market shares and last providing their accessions to international markets.With KOSGEB’s these changes , SMEs analised and provided support for their necessities. İn this work , I referred to KOSGEB’s importance for being a source and how SME’s can take from this source for entegration of world markets , their competitions and adepting to European Union.
