Publication: Modernizm ve yönetimde postmodernizmin yansımaları
Abstract
Tezimde öncelikle, modernizm ve postmodernizm kavramlarını; tanımsal, kapsamsal ve tarihsel gelişimi perspektiflerinden ele aldım. Sonrasında ise yönetim modellerinden; klasik, neoklasik ve çağdaş Organizasyon teorilerini (modern ve postmodern örgüt yönetimlerini ) kronolojik bir bağlamda değerlendirmeye aldım. Ardından yönetimde postmodernizm olgusu farklı açılardan detaylandırılarak tarafımdan incelenmiştir. Postmodern yönetimle ilintili olarak 'Matrix örgüt yönetiminin, Siemens üzerindeki etkileri' incelenmiş ve araştırma bulguları değerlendirilmiştir. THESIS
In my thesis , first I want to search meaning of Modernism and postmodernism concept . About scope, to define and historical development. And after to evaluate different metods of managements _ classical, neo classical , modernism contemporary and theory of chronological organization. After that to study in detail the management of postmodernism. Finally to analyse the effects on Siemens as a result of using the Matrix system heithin Postmodernism.
