Abstract
İŞ YERLERİNDE ERGONOMİK KOŞULLARIN İŞ SAĞLIĞI VE GÜVENLİĞİ BAKIMINDAN İNCELENMESİ Günümüzde iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine verilen önem artmış, çalışanlara sağlıklı ve güvenli bir çalışma ortamı sağlamak işverenlerin önceliği haline gelmiştir. İnsana verilen önemin artmasıyla ergonomi bilimi de git gide gelişmektedir. Ergonomi bilimi insan ile iş arasındaki ilişkileri ve bu ilişkileri etkileyen bütün faktörleri inceler. Çalışanların işi ile arasında bir uyum yaratıp, kişinin çalışırken zorlanmasını önleyip daha rahat ve verimli çalışmasını sağlamak ergonominin en önemli amacıdır. Yapılan çalışmada farklı iş kollarından çeşitli çalışanlara anket uygulanmış ve işyerlerinde ergonomik koşulların uygulanıp uygulanmadığı, iş güvenliğinin sağlanıp sağlanmadığı araştırılmıştır. Araştırmaya toplam 64 çalışan katılmıştır. Ergonomik koşullar üzerinde durulmuş, çalışan sağlığı üzerinde ne tür etkiler yarattığı incelenmiştir. Bu araştırmanın sonucunda çalışanların ergonomi ve ergonomik koşullarda oluşturulan işyerleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca ofis ortamında kullanılan araç ve gereçlerin ergonomik koşullara uygun olmadığı belirlenmiştir.
EVALUATION OF ERGONOMIC CONDITIONS IN WORKPLACES REGARDING OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY Nowadays, emloyers give priority to workers in order to provide healthy and safe working place and in addition to this, giving importance to occupational health and safety was increasing. When giving importance increase to workers, ergonomy science will improve day by day. Ergonomy science research relationships among workers and work and all factors related with this connection. The purpose of ergonomy to provide harmony between employees and work, to provide comfortable and productive work conditions and to prevent hard conditions for workers. At this study, survey was implemented to different sectors with different workers. Occupational health and safety conditions and ergonomic conditions was searched whether it is ok or not. Ergonomy was searched that effects of ergonomy on worker’s health. In consequence of this research, workers don’t have information about ergonomy and work places that constituted with ergonomic conditions.
