Akışkan Modernite ile Dijital Emek Süreçlerini Birlikte Düşünmek

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın muradı muğlak ve değişken yapıdaki akışkan moderniten-in ve emek süreçlerinin ilişkisini açığa çıkarma, akışkan modernitenin getird-iği belirsizliği, güvencesizliği enformasyon ve iletişim teknolojisinde yaşanan gelişmelerle ele alarak emek süreçleriyle rabıtasını kurma saiki taşır. Bu anlamda çalışmada ilk olarak modernitenin ne olduğu sorusu cevaplanacaktır. Bu, akışkan modernitenin belirginleşen ana hatlarının ne olduğundan hareketle gayri maddi emekle ilişkisinin nasıl kurulabileceği, akışkan modernliğin emek süreçlerini nasıl dönüştürdüğü sorularını cevaplamakta önemli olacaktır. Dolayısıyla çalışmada daha sonraki bölümlerde kavramsal farklı yolların izinden giderek akışkan moder-nite ve dijital emek tartışmaları arasında bir ilişkinin nasıl kurulacağı, kurulup kurul-mayacağı üzerinde durulacaktır. Çalışmada, dijital emek süreçleri ve akışkan mo-dernite tartışmalarının birbirlerini tamamlayan noktaları olarak esneklik, belirsizlik ve güvencesizlik olduğuna ulaşılmıştır.

L’objectif de cette étude est d’étudier la relation entre la modernité liquide et les processus de travail, ambigus et variés, et d’établir une relation avec ceux-ci en abordant l’incertitude et l’insécurité induites avec le développement des technologies de l’information et de la communication. À cet égard, cet article tente, dans un premier temps, de répondre à la question de savoir ce que c’est la modernité. Ceci semble etre important pour déterminer comment la moder-nité liquide se cristallise dans le domaine du travail intangible en transformant celui-ci. On discute donc dans cet article de la façon dont s’établit une relation conceptuelle entre la modernité liquide et le travail numérique. On tente aussi de montrer que la flexibilité, l’incertitude et l’insécurité sont devenues les aspects indéniables du processus de travail numérique à l’Age de la modernité liquide.;The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between liq-uid modernity, which is ambiguous and varied, and labour process-es, and to identify, by addressing the developments in information and communication technology, the relationship between labour processes and the uncertainty and insecurity brought on by liquid modernity. This paper will attempt, firstly, to answer the question of what modernity is. This will be important in determining how liquid modernity becomes evident, thus answering the questions of how liquid relations can be established with intangible labor, and how liq-uid modernity transforms labor processes. Therefore, the following sections will focus on how to establish a conceptual relationship be-tween liquid modernity and digital labor discussions if at all possible. In this study, it has been concluded that flexibility, uncertainty and insecurity are the complementary points of the debates on digital labor processes and liquid modernity.
