Publication: Exploring the influence of quality of information sharing and level of information sharing on organizational performance with the moderating role of innovation culture in the fashion industry of Turkey
Abstract
Çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye Moda Endüstrisinde Bilgi Paylaşım Kalitesi ve Bilgi Paylaşım Düzeyinin Örgütsel Performansa Etkisini İnovasyon Kültürünün Düzenleyici Rolü ile araştırmaktır. Kavramsal çerçevede kullanılan biri bağımlı diğeri düzenleyici değişken olmak üzere iki bağımsız değişken vardır. Veriler, Türkiye'deki moda endüstrisindeki yöneticilerden toplanmıştır. 120 katılımcıdan oluşan bir örneklem, araştırma çalışması için veri sağladı. Veri analizi SPSS v.21'de yapılmıştır. Toplanan veriler üzerinde güvenilirlik, korelasyon ve regresyon analizi araçları uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçları, moda endüstrisinde örgütsel performans için bilgi paylaşımı ve kalitenin önemli olduğunu, yenilikçi kültürün düzenleyici rolünün bilgi paylaşımından çok bilgi paylaşımı ile önem gösterdiğini göstermiştir. organizasyonel performansı etkilemek için bilgi kalitesiyle ilgili önemli sonuçlar yoktur.
The aim of the study is to explore the Influence of Quality of Information Sharing and Level of Information Sharing on Organizational Performance with the Moderating role of Innovation Culture in the Fashion Industry of Turkey. There were two independent variables, one dependent and one moderating variable used in the conceptual framework. The data was collected from the managers in the fashion industry in Turkey. A sample of 120 respondents provided the data for the research study. Data analysis was carried out in SPSS v.21. The reliability, Correlation and regression analysis tools were applied on the collected data. The results of the study showed that information sharing and quality are important for the organizational performance in the fashion industry while the moderating role of innovative culture only showed importance with information sharing rather there were no significant results with information quality to effect the organizational performance.
