Kırsal bölgedeki 15-24 yaş grubu kızlarda üreme sağlığı, sorunları ve gereksinimleri

Abstract

Ö Z E T Arastırma, kırsal bölgede yasayan adolesan ve genç kızların üreme saglıgı(ÜS) davranısları, konuya iliskin bilgi düzeyleri ve gereksinimlerini belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı ve gruplar arası karsılastırmalı olarak planlandı. Çubuklu Osmaniye saglık ocagına (SO) baglı yerlesim bölgelerinde ikamet eden, ulasılabilen, çalısmaya katılmaya gönüllü olan ve onamı alınan toplam 314 adolesan ve genç kız örneklem kapsamına alındı. Bu olgular yaslarına göre adolesan (15-19 yas) ve genç (20-24 yas) olarak iki gruba ayrıldı. Veriler arastırmacı tarafından literatür dogrultusunda olusturulan 54 soruluk anket formu ile ev ziyaretleri yapılarak kurumda çalısan ebelerin destegi ile arastırmacı tarafından toplandı. Sonuçlar, SPSS 12.0 (Statistical Program for Social Sciences) paket kullanılarak, p<0.05 anlamlılık düzeyinde degerlendirildi. Adolesan kızlar (I.Grup) örneklemin % 53.8’ni, genç kızlar (II. Grup) % 46.1’nı olusturdu. I.Grubun yas ortalaması 17.23 ± 1.29, II. Grubun 21.51 ± 1.39 olarak bulundu. Her iki grupta da çogunlugunun (I.Grup %29.0, II.Grup %44.1) üreme saglıgını “çogalmak” olarak tanımladıkları, adolesan sürecinde en fazla “korku” duygusunu yasadıkları belirlendi. Olguların kadın ve erkek üreme organları hakkında yeterli bilgiye sahip olmadıkları, ÜS hakkında da adolesan grupta en fazla menstruasyona, genç grupta da cinsel saglıga iliskin bilgi gereksinimlerinin oldugu bulundu. I. Grupta % 76.9, II. Grupta % 74.5’nin ÜS ile ilgili sorun yasadıkları, her iki grupta da öncelikle dismenore sorununun yasandıgı, adet düzensizliklerinin adolesan grupta, anormal vajinal akıntının ise genç gruptaki kızlarda ikinci büyük sorun olarak belirtildigi saptandı. Sorunların çözümüne yönelik I.Grupta %76.2, II. Grupta % 66.1’ nın hizmet almadıkları/ alamadıkları belirlendi. Yapılan istatiksel analizlerde adolesan ve genç kızların ÜS ilgili bilgi, düsünce ve davranıslarının; konuya iliskin sorunlarını ya da merak ettiklerini paylasmaları, ÜS ile ilgili bilgi almaları ve egitim durumları gibi birçok faktörden etkilendigi belirlendi. Adolesan ve genç kızlar, ÜS sorunları, ÜS bilgileri ve gereksinimleri S U M M A R Y The reproduce health, problems and requırements of 15-24 year-old needs of the girls in rural areas The study, in descriptive and intergroups with comperatives, has been planned to determine the behaviour of reproduce health, to determine the level of knowledge and requirements about the subject, among the adolescents and young girls living in rural areas. Among the adolescents and young girls residing in neighbourhood affiliated to Çubuklu Osmaniye health care, totally 314 of them; who could be reached, who are volunteer to participate in the study and whose consents have been obtained; have involved in sample scope. These cases have been divided into two groups in accordance with their ages as (15-19 age) adolescent and (20-24 age) young group. The data has been obtained with a questionnaire form, that is comprised by researcher composing of 54 questions, by reseacher and midwives; who are informed about the issue; by paying home visits. The results have been evaluated in p<0,05 level of signifiance using SPSS ( Statistical Program for Social Sciences) package program. Adolescent girls( 1st group) composed %53.8 and the young girls (2nd group) composed %46.1 of the sample. The average of age of the 1st group has been found as 17.23 ± 1.29, the average of age of the 2nd group has been found as 21.51 ± 1.39. In both of the groups; the majority of the participants (1st group %29.0, 2nd group % 44.1 ) defined reproductive health as breeding, and it has been determined that they mostly experience “fear” sense on the course of adolescent period. The phenomenon have been identified as not having sufficient knowledge about women and mens’ reproductive organs. About Reproductive Health- Sexual Health; it has been determined that in adolescent group they mostly require information regarding mensturation and in youth group they mostly require information regarding reproductive health. %76.9 of the 1st group and % 74.5 of the 2nd group have been determined as the ratio experiencing problems about Reproductive Health. It has been stated that in both groups, the participants have dysmenorrhea problem and the second issue in adolescent group is irregularity in menstruation and it is abnormal vaginal discharge in the second group. %76.2 of the 1st group and % 66.1 of the 2nd group do not/ can not receive service for the solution of the problems. The ratio of the ones receiving professional support quite low. In the statistics; it has been determined that the knowledge, thoughts and attitudes of the adolescent and young girls about Reproductive Health- Sexual Health are affected from various factors such as sharing problems or curiosities regarding the issue, receiving information about Reproductive Health and educational status.
