Abstract
KRİZ ORTAMLARINDA BİLGİ YÖNETİM SİSTEMLERİ VE HAVA TAŞIMACILIĞINDA BİLGİ SİSTEMLERİ DESTEKLİ KRİZ YÖNETİMİ MODELİ Bilgi sistemleri ve teknolojileri, tüm dünyada her gün biraz daha gelişmekte yaygınlaşmaktadır. Bu yüzden, eğitimden endüstriye kadar hayatımızın her alanında bilgi sistemlerini görmek mümkündür. Çünkü, veri, enformasyon ve bilgi kavramları, hayatımızda ihtiyaç duyduğumuz en temel kavramlardır. Mesleğimiz, günlük rutinlerimiz, eğitimimiz, bilimsel uygulamalarımızla ilgili tüm faaliyetlerimizi, bilgi ve bilgi sistemleri olmaksızın gerçekleştirebilmemiz mümkün değildir. Günümüzde bilgi ve bilgi sistemleri uygulamaları, çok çeşitli sahalara yayılmış durumdadır. Tezde, hava taşımacılığında kriz yönetimi oluşturabilmek için çok çeşitli bilgi sistemleri kullanılmıştır. Tezin ikinci bölümünde veri, enformasyon, bilgi, bilgi yönetimi ve bilgi sistemleri tanımlanmıştır. Daha sonra ikinci bölümün ikinci yarısında; veritabanı yönetim sistemleri, veri madenciliği ve veri ambarcılığı konularına değinilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, kriz yönetimi, karar destek sistemleri ve yönetim destek sistemleri konuları ele alınmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde ise, bir model olarak, “Kriz Ortamlarında Bilgi Yönetim Sistemleri ve Hava Taşımacılığında Bilgi Sistemleri Destekli Kriz Yönetimi Modeli” tasarlanarak uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir.
INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS IN CASES OF CRISIS AND A CRISIS MANAGEMENT MODEL SUPPORTED BY INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN AIR TRANSPORTATION The information sysytems and technologies are being developped and become more common everyday all over the world. So that, it is possible to see the information systems from education to all kind of industrial fields in human life. Because, concept of data, information and knowledge are the most basic needs of our lives. All activities related our jobs, daily routines, education, scientific applications etc can not be realized without information systems anymore. Nowadays, information or information systems applications are so common on various fields. In this thesis, different kinds of information systems were used to provide management of crisis in air transportation. First of all, data, information and knowledge concepts and later on knowledge management and information systems were described in chapter two. Then, some concepts were touched-on such-as database management systems, data mining, data warehousing at the second half of chapter two. Chapter three explains the subjects of crisis management, decision support systems and management support systems. Finally, “Information Management Systems In Cases Of Crisis and A Crisis Management Model Supported By Information Systems In Air Transportation” was designed as a model and it’s implementation is at chapter four.
