Publication: Bir matbaa işletmesinde ISO 9001:2000 belgesi edinme çalışmaları
Abstract
BİR MATBAA İŞLETMESİNDE, ISO 9001:2000 BELGESİ EDİNME ÇALIŞMALARI Günümüzde kalite kavramına verilen önem her zamankinden daha önemli ve kalite kavramının olgusunu oluşturan iyi hizmet, kaliteli ürün ve müşteri memnuniyetinin sağlanmasıyla sistemin gereksinimlerini tam anlamıyla gerçekleştirmiş oluruz. İyi hizmet, kaliteli ürün ve müşteri memnuniyetin sağlanabilmesi için de hizmet veren veya üretim yapan firmalar bütün kontrol merkezlerini denetim altında tutacak sistemlere ihtiyaç duymaktadırlar. Bir matbaaya ISO 9001 – 2000 kalite sisteminin uygulanmasını dört ana bölümde ele alarak anlatmaya çalıştım. Birinci bölümde tarihte bu sisteminin uygulanmaya başlaması, Türkiye nasıl ulaştığı ve bu sistemin en son hangi aşamada olduğunu anlattım. İkinci bölümde ISO 9001 – 2000 Güvence Sistemimin Temel Kavramlarından; Kalite, Kalite Sistemi, Kalite Yönetimi, Kalite Sistemi, Toplam Kalite Yönetimi nedir kısaca üzerinde durarak anlatmaya çalıştım. Üçüncü bölümde ISO 9001 - 2000 sistemini bütünüyle içeren KEK (Kalite El Kitabı) içinde bulunan; sistemin kapsamından, atıf yapılan standartlardan, sistemde geçen terimlerden, kalite yönetim sisteminden, yönetimin sorumluluğundan, kaynak yönetiminden, ürünü gerçekleştirme sistemin uygulamasından ve ölçme analiz değerlendirmeden bahsettim. Son bölüm de ise sistemde kullanılacak örnek form, rapor, talimat ve listelerinin örneklerini vererek nasıl uygulanacağı hakkında bilgi verdim.

Quality is completed with the most important parts of quality that are good service, product quality and customer’s pleasure. Firms that manufacture for good service, product quality and customer’s pleasure need the system that can control all work centre of the firm. I want to examine and explain as four main parts that have the topic about practise ISO 9001- 2000 quality system in a printing house. I defined at the first part is about beginning of practise this system in the past, how this system came to Turkey and in which stage this system stand at the end. I tried to explain in the second part basic concepts of ISO 9001-2000 Safety System. These are Quality, Quality System, Management of the Quality, Total Quality Management. I determined and explained these concepts as summary. I expressed that contents of the system, standards are showed, premises are in the system, quality management system, responsibility of the management, management of the sources, realization of the product, practising of the product realization system and evaluation of the result of the measures. The last part includes example form, report, instruction and list. I gave information about how the examples can be practised.
