Türkiye’de sermaye piyasasının dışa açılmasının ekonomik kalkınmaya etkileri

Abstract

İktisadi kalkınma, ülke ekonomileri için son derece önemli bir süreci ifade etmektedir. Bu süreç ülke içi dinamiklerin adeta devasa bir gemi düzeninde hareketini ve devinimini gerektirmektedir. Son çeyrek yüzyılda dünya sathında uluslar arası ilişkilerde görülen gelişmeler, uyum çalışmaları sonucunda ülke ekonomilerinin birbirleriyle olan ilişkilerindeki sağlanan yüksek ivme, ekonomilerin iktisadi kalkınma süreçlerinde sermaye piyasaları vasıtasıyla tasarrufların üretim sürecine katkı sağlaması açısından olumlu yerlerde konuşlanması ve toplam çıktının çoğaltılması ya da mevcut kaynakların daha etkin ve verimli kullanılması çabaları, ekonomilerin gelişme süreçlerinde önemli aşamaları ifade etmektedir. Economic development means extremely important process for the economies of countries. This process requires the movement and action of domestic dynamics of a country nearly in the order of a huge ship. Improvements observed in the international relations all over the world in the last quarter, accelerated economic relations of the countries obtained as a result of the harmonization studies, location of savings in the right places from the point of view their contribution to the process of production by the capital markets in the process of economic development of the countries and efforts of increasing total output or effective and productive usage of the existent resources, means important stages in the process of economic development.
