Süleymaniye yazma eser kütüphanesi ; Esad Efendi koleksiyonu 3375 numaralı mecmua (değerlendirme ve çeviri metin)

Abstract

Bu çalışmaya kaynaklık eden eser, Süleymaniye Kütüphanesi Esad Efendi Koleksiyonu’nda 3375 numara ile kayıtlı bir münşeat mecmuasıdır. Eser, bu tezde trasnkribe edilerek özet ve değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Bahsi geçen mecmua, genel hatları itibariyle Osmanlı Devleti’nde diplomasi trafiğinin yoğunlaştığı, devletlerarası ilişkilere ve diplomasi ilmine vakıf isimlerin ön plana çıktığı XVII. ve XVIII. yüzyıllara ait yazışmaları ihtiva eder. Avrupa devletleri, Rus Devleti ve doğudaki muhtelif devletler ile yapılan yazışmaların yanı sıra Osmanlı ordusunun işleyişine, savaşlarda karşılaşılan sorunlara, Osmanlı tarihi yer adlarına, Osmanlı diplomasisinde aktif rol oynayan isimlere, Osmanlı Devleti’nde ve muhtelif devletlerde görev yapan elçilere, temsilcilere ve kapı kethüdalarına hulasa Osmanlı diplomasi siyaseti için önem arz eden portrelere dair anekdotlar da mecmuanın araştırmacılara aktardığı önemli kayıtlardandır. Bahsi geçen yazışmaları, ahidnâme-i hümâyûn suretleri, Avrupalı devletlerden gelen mektup suretleri, antlaşma metinlerinin suretleri, yaşanan muhtelif sorunlarda devlet ricalleri arasındaki yazışmaların suretleri oluşturur. Osmanlı arşivinde muhtelif kataloglarda ve defterlerde mevcut bu kayıtları bünyesinde toplu halde ihtiva eden bu eser, Osmanlı Devleti’nin XVII. ve XVIII. yüzyıllardaki konjonktürünü geniş bir perspektiften araştırmacıya sunmaktadır.The work that constitutes the content of this study is a münşeat mecmuası recorded in the Süleymaniye Library Esad Efendi Collection with number 3375. The work was transcribed, summarized and evaluated in the dissertation, in the same period competent names in international relations and diplomacy are also emphasized in the work. The majority of the documents in the mecmua consist of correspondence with European states, the Russian State and various states in the east. In addition, the mecmua also includes the functioning of the Ottoman army, the problems experienced in the wars, Ottoman historical place names, people who played a significant role in Ottoman diplomacy, and ambassadors who served in the Ottoman state and various states. In short, the mecmua presents essential anecdotes to the researcher about the names that played an important role in the diplomatic policy of the Ottoman Empire. The majority of the mentioned correspondence consists of copies of ahidnâme-i hümâyûn, copies of letters from European states, copies of treaty texts and interstate correspondence. The work collectively contains records scattered in different catalogs and notebooks in the Ottoman archives. Thus, it presents the conjuncture of Ottoman Empire in the 17th and 18th centuries to the researcher from a broad perspective.
