Abstract
BÜYÜK AKGÖL (Sakarya-Gölkent)’de TAHTA BALIĞI (BLICCA BJOERKNA)’nın PARAZİT KOMUNİTESİNİN KOMPOZİSYON VE YAPISININ BELİRLENMESİ Bugüne kadar Büyük Akgöl’de Blicca bjoerkna’nın parazitleri ile ilgili hiçbir çalışma yapılmamıştır. Bu nedenle mevcut çalışmanın amacı hiperötrofik karakterdeki Büyük Akgöl’de bulunan bu cyprinid balığın parazitlerinin kompozisyon ve çeşitliliğini komponent ve infra-komunite seviyelerinde araştırmak olmuştur. Temmuz 2016 ile Haziran 2017 tarihleri arasında 20’si erkek 41’i dişi, ortalama (± SD) total boyu 21.0 ± 2.79 cm (15.9-28.3 cm) ve ortalama (± SD) ağırlığı 111.1± 48.37 g (48.6-178.9 g) olan toplam 61 Blicca bjoerkna örneği ile parazitolojik çalışma yapıldı. Tüm konak balıkların aşağıdaki taksonlardan en az 1 parazit türüyle enfekte olduğu saptandı : Trichodina sp., Epistylis sp. (Protozoa); Myxobolus sp. (Myxozoa); Dactylogyrus sphyrna, D.cornu, D.cornoides, D. distinguendus ve Paradiplozoon homoion (Monogenea); Caryophyllaeus laticeps ve Cestod gen. sp. (Cestoidea); Diplostomum spp., Tylodelphys clavata ve Posthodiplostomum cuticola (Digenea); Piscicola geometra (Hirudinea); Glochidium sp. (Mollusca) ve Argulus foliaceus (Crustacea). Parazit türlerinden en yüksek dominans değer %23.2’yle D. cornoides ve en düşük %0.1’le A. foliaceus’ta kaydedildi. Komponent komunitedeki dominant parazit türlerinin D. cornoides, Diplostomum spp. ve D. cornu olduğu belirlendi. Toplam olarak 2063 parazit bireyi toplandı. Parazit infrakomunitelerinde B. bjoerkna’nın 1-10 türle enfekte olduğu ve ortalama tür zenginliği 5.3 bulundu. Ortalama tür zenginliği dişilerde (5.8) ve en büyük boy grubunda (6.2) yüksek bulundu. Ortalama metazoan parazit çeşitliliği Shannon index (H) 2.08 ve Shannon-Wiener Denklik (E) ortalama değeri 0.81 olarak hesaplandı. Sonuçlar parazit faunanın çoğunlukla monogenean ve digenean parazit türlerinden oluştuğunu gösterdi. Teşhisi yapılan parazit türleri Büyük Akgöl’den B. bjoerkna için ilk kayıttır.
COMPOSITION AND STRUCTURE OF THE PARASITE COMMUNITIES IN WHITE BREAM (BLICCA BJOERKNA) FROM LAKE BÜYÜK AKGÖL, (Sakarya-Gölkent), TURKEY No data on the parasites of Blicca bjoerkna have been reported to date from Lake Büyük Akgöl. Therefore, the aim of the current study was to investigate the composition and diversity of parasite component and infra-communities in this cyprinid fish from hypereutrophic Lake Büyük Akgöl. A total of 61 B. bjoerkna specimens, 20 male and 41 female mean (± SD) total lenght 21.0 ± 2.79 cm (range 15.9-28.3 cm) and mean (± SD) weight 111.1 ± 48.37 g (range 48.6-178.9 g), were examined between July 2016 and June 2017. All fishes were hosts to at least one parasite species from the following taxa: Trichodina sp., Epistylis sp. (Protozoa); Myxobolus sp. (Myxozoa); Dactylogyrus sphyrna, D. cornu, D. cornoides, D. distinguendus and Paradiplozoon homoion (Monogenea); Caryophyllaeus laticeps and Cestod gen. sp. (Cestoidea); Diplostomum spp., Tylodelphys clavata and Posthodiplostomum cuticola (Digenea); Piscicola geometra (Hirudinea); Glochidium sp. (Mollusca) and Argulus foliaceus (Crustacea). The highest dominance index of the parasites was recorded for D. cornoides (23.2%), and the lowest for A. foliaceus (0.1%). Dominant species in the component communities were D. cornoides, Diplostomum spp. and D. cornu. Totally 2063 parasite individuals were collected. Parasite infracommunities of B.bjoerkna infected 1-10 species and the mean species richness was found 5.3. The mean species richness was found higher in female 5.8 and higher length class 6.2 fishes. The mean metazoan parasite diversity (Shannon’s H index) was 2.08 and the Shannon-Wiener Evenness (E) had a mean value of 0.81. The results indicate that the parasite fauna consists mostly of monogenean and digenean parasites. Identified parasite species in B.bjoerkna were the first records from Lake Büyük Akgöl.
