Ofset baskı için CtP cihazlarının pozlandırma ünitelerinin tambur farklarına göre incelenerek yatırım tercih kritelerinin belirlenmesi

Abstract

OFSET BASKI İÇİN CTP CİHAZLARININ POZLANDIRMA ÜNİTELERİNİN TAMBUR FARKLARINA GÖRE İNCELENEREK YATIRIM TERCİH KRİTERLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ Ofset baskıda CTP sistemi baskı öncesinde bilgisayardaki görüntünün direkt kalıba aktarılarak konvansiyonel sisteme göre daha kaliteli işlerin üretilmesini sağlar. Ayrıca bu sistemin en özellikleri maliyet ve zamandan tasarruf edilmesidir. Matbaalar yatırım yapmaya karar verdiklerinde direkt makineyi satın almamalıdırlar. Makine alımı yapıldıktan sonra hedeflenen üretimin sorunsuz olması için yatırım yapmadan önce A’dan Z’ye bütün detaylar (kalite hedefleri, müşteri portföyü, sermaye, atölye kurulum işlemleri, makinelerin teknik özellikleri vb hususlar) kontrol edilmelidir. Yanlış yatırım tercihlerinin firmaya zarar (müşteri kaybı, ekonomik kayıp, hammadde kayıpları, prestij kaybının) vermemesi için firma bu faktörleri dikkate alarak kendine uygun yatırımı yapmalıdır. Bu çalışmada, CTP’de tambur sistemleri, kullanılan lazer sistemleri, kalıp çeşitleri araştırılarak hangi matbaalara hangi sistemin uygun olduğu incelenmiştir. Hayali bir firmanın ofset CTP yatırım süreci anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca, CTP atölyesinin bu teknolojiye uygun olarak düzenlenmesi araştırılmıştır. Yatırım tercih kriterleri (Kalite, sermaye, çevresel açıdan, kendini kanıtlamış teknoloji, yeni teknolojilere adaptasyonu, vb..) belirlenmiştir.

DETERMINATION OF INVESTMENT CRITERIA FOR OFFSET PRINT BY REVIEWING CTP EXPOSING APARATUS’ UNITS ACCORDING TO THE DRUM DIFFERENCES CTP system provides the production of more qualified print jobs than conventional system by transfering the image from the computer to the plate at pre-press in offset printing. Meanwhile, firms can save costs and time with this system. Printers shouldn’t buy machines directly when they decide to make investment. All the details from beginning to end (quality targets, customer portfolio, capital, workshop establishment, technical properties of machines etc.) should be controlled for a perfect usage of machine for target production. The company should make its investment by considerine these factors in order not to have any damage due to the wrong investment decisions. In this study, which systems are suitable for which printers was analyzed by searching about CTP drum systems, used laser systems, plate types. Offset CTP investment process of an imaginary company has been presented. In addition, researches of regulating CTP workshops suitable for these technologies. Were investigated investment preference criteria (quality, capital, environmental factors, self-proved technology and adaptation to new technologies etc.) have been determined.
