İbn Kutluboğa’ nın Tertibü Esmai’s-Sikat adlı eserinin tahkik ve tahlili

Abstract

Tez Özeti Hanefî Mezhebi âlimlerinden olan Kâsım b. Kutluboğa'nın (ö. 879/ 1475) Tertîbü esmâi's-sikât adlı, kütüb-i sitte müelliflerinin hadis rivayet etmediği sika râvileri bir araya getiren eserini tahkîk ettiğimiz bu çalışmamız, bir giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş Bölümünde müellif İbn Kutluboğa'nın yaşadığı asır, ilmî, siyasî, tasavvufî ve yargı erki açısından tanıtılmıştır. Birinci Bölümde İbn Kutluboğa'nın hayatı, ilmî şahsiyeti ve eserleri üzerinde durulmuş; fıkıh, hadis, tefsir ve akâid-kelam başta olmak üzere pek çok ilmî disipline ait eserleri bu ilimlere ait başlıklar altında maddeler halinde zikredilmiştir. İkinci Bölümde, İbn Kutluboğa'nın çalışmamızın esas konusunu teşkil eden Tertîbü esmâi's-sikât adlı eseri muhtelif yönleriyle değerlendirilmiş, İbn Kutluboğa'nın bu eserindeki hadis râvilerini (ricâl) değerlendirme kriterlerinin yanı sıra tenkitçi kişiliğinin ipuçları ortaya konmuştur. Bu meyanda ayrıca, İbn Kutluboğa'nın bu eserindeki en dikkat çekici yönü olan bazı râvilerin cerh ve ta'dîli konusunda önde gelen hadis münekkitlerine yönelttiği itirazlar da bu bölümde tartışılmıştır. Tezimizin Üçüncü Bölümü ise, Tertîbü esmâi's-sikât'ın Arapça tahkîki oluşturmaktadır. Eserin hacminin büyüklüğünü dikkate alarak bu Arapça tahkîkimizde, sadece birinci cilt içerisinde yer alan elif -ki 1863 râvi yer almaktadır- harfini ihtiva eden kısmın tahkîki gerçekleştirilmiştir. Arapça tahkîkte temel olarak, müellifin işaret ettiği kaynaklardaki bilgiler yerinden tetkiki, nakledilen bilgilerin sahiplerine aidiyetinin tesbiti, metindeki anlaşılmayan ve izaha muhtaç kelime veya ifadelerin, cerh ve ta'dîl ilminin temel kaynaklarındaki ilgili bilgilerden hareketle açıklanması, metin içerisinde geçen yer ve şahısların mümkün olduğunca kısa olarak tanıtılması hususları yerine getirilmiştir.

This work which is an editional critique of Hanafi scholar Kasim Ibn Kutluboga's (died in 879/ 1475) book Tertîbu esmâi's-sikât that has gathered the names of the trusted narrators who haven't been mentioned by the authors of the six books of Hadith, consists of an introduction and three chapters. In the Introduction the age of the author has been described by scientific, political, and mystic point of view. In the first chapter the life of Ibn Kutluboga, his scholarliness and his works have been presented. In this chapter his works on various topics mainly Jurispridunce, Hadith, Exegesis and Creed believe have been mentioned as subtitles. In the second chapter the book Tertîbu esmâi's-sikât which is the main topic of our research has been appreciated from different aspects. Also in this chapter the criteria according to which the narrators ın this work have been judged by Ibn Kutlubuga and the figure of Ibn Kutluboga as a critic have been revealed. The most important fact which draws our attention has been discussed in this chapter is the objection of Ibn Kutluboga to some of the famous Hadith critics concerning his opinion about the narrators according to their relibility and weakness. The third chapter consists of the editional critique of Tertîbu esmâi's-sikât in Arabic. Having in mind the largeness of the book only the first volume which contains the letter Elif and consists of the names of 1863 narrators has been edited. During the Arabic editional critique the data which has been taken from other sources has been compared with the one available in those sources. Also the words which meanings are vailed and need explanation have been explained according to the facts available in the Jarh wa Tadeel science's books as the names of places and people have been shortly presented.
