Abstract

LYCRA'LI KUMAŞLARIN BOYANMASI ESNASINDA OLUŞAN HASARLAR VE ÖNLENMELERİ Lycra, DuPont'un ürettiği elastan lifler için kullandığı tescilli ticari markadır. Piyasada oldukça yaygın olarak kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Yüksek uzama ve esnekliğe sahip olduğundan dolayı üretilen kumaşta esnek özelliğe sahip olmaktadır. Ayrıca piyasada diğer spandex lifler de Lycra adıyla anılmaktadır. Bundan dolayıdır ki bu çalışmamız Lycra'nın yanı sıra diğer spandex lifleri de kapsamaktadır. Yaptığımız bu çalışma altı bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; Çalışmanın amacı anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde; Elastomer ve poliüretan liflerin tanımları yapılmış, elastik ve termal davranışları ile lifin fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri anlatılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ; Lifin üretim teknolojisi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde; Spandex liflerin dokuma ve örme kumaşlarda kullanılması, terbiye işlemleri ve oluşan hatalar anlatılmıştır. Beşinci bölümde ise; deneye hazırlık ve deneysel çalışmalar anlatılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar tablolar halinde ve grafiksel olarak verilmiştir. ALTINCI BÖLÜM İSE ÇALIŞMA SONUCUNDA ELDE EDİLEN VERİLER TARTIŞILMIŞ VE DEĞERLENDİRMELER YAPILMIŞTIR.

ENCOUNTERED DAMAGES AND SOLUTİON SUGGESTİONS DURİNG DYEİNG OF FABRİCS WİTH LYCRA Lycra is elastane fibre which DuPont's Registered trademark. And it is used in widely in the world maket. Because of high elastic and stretch properties , it gives stretch property to woven and knitted fabric . The other spandex fibres are also known with the same name. Because of this, in this thesis the other spandex fibres are also included. The thesis consist of six parts, the aim is told in the first part. In the second part, elastomeric fibre and polyurethan fibre were described . The elastic behaviour , termal behaviour and physical and chemical properties of spandex fibres are explained. In the third part, information is given about the production of spandex fibres . İn the fourth part, the use of spandex fibres in weaving and knitting and effects on the finishing processes are explained. and damages which occured during these processes are outlined . In the fifth part , expremental work is outlined and the the results are given in tables and in diagrams . In the sixth part , evaluation of the results have been given.
