Lojistik yönetiminde güvenli taşımacılığın ürün kalitesi üzerindeki etkileri ve Türkiye’de akaryakıt taşımacılığı üzerine bir uygulama

Abstract

LOJİSTİK FAALİYETLER vMüşterinin ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak üzere; vßher türlü ürün, vßservis hizmeti ve vßbilgi akışının, vßhammaddesinin başlangıç noktasından, vßürünün tüketildiği son noktaya kadar, vßtedarik zinciri içindeki toplam hareketlerin, vßen etkin ve en verimli bir şekilde, vßplanlanması, vßuygulanması, vßtaşınması vßdepolanması vßve kontrol altında tutulması hizmetleridir. AKARYAKIT ŞİRKETİ SEÇİMİNDE GELİR VE DEMOGRAFİK ÖZELLİKLERİNE GÖRE TÜKETİCİ DAVRANIŞLARININ ARAŞTIRILMASI oBu araştırmanın amacı ; Türkiye'de araç kullanan kişilerin,akaryakıt alırken ağırlıklı olarak hangi hususlara önem verdiğini tespit etmek, tüketici davranışlarına etki eden faktörleri belirlemek ,bunların önem derecelerini istatistiksel yöntemler kullanarak yorumlamaktır. oAraç sürücüleri arasında uygulanan anket çalışmasıyla; tüketicinin akaryakıt seçimi sırasında hangi değerleri göz önünde bulundurarak seçim yaptığı, hangi üretici firmayı seçtikleri , kaliteli ürün satın alma kıstaslarının neler olduğu , bu amaç doğrultusunda hareket ederken ne gibi tüketici davranışı sergiledikleri araştırılmıştır. oTürkiye'de araç sahiplerinin, çok genel bakış açısıyla, ekonomik anlamda gelir düzeyleri yüksektir diyebiliriz. oAnkete katılanlar ; çoğunlukla özel sektörde çalışmakta, oyüksek gelir elde edenler grubunu temsil etmekte ve oeğitim düzeyleri de Türkiye genelinin üstündeki kişilerden oluşmaktadır. oDolayısıyla ankete katılan kişiler bilinçli tüketici profili çizmektedirler. Bilinçli tüketici bir taraftan tüketici haklarını iyi bilmekte ve ona sahip olmak istemektedir, diğer taraftan da yeterli servis ve hizmetle donatılmış kaliteli ürün arayışını hiçbir zaman bırakmamaktadırlar. Akaryakıt taşımacılığında; kanun ve yasal düzenlemeler çerçevesinde, tehlikeli maddeler taşımacılığına standart getirilmiş ve tehlikelere karşı önlem niteliğinde çok çeşitli tedbirler alınmıştır. Ancak yasal düzenlemelerin yanı sıra, özellikle sürücü eğitimi , sürücünün sahip olması gereken teçhizat ve ekipmanların eksiksiz olması, taşımacılık hizmetinin daha kaliteli olarak yapılmasını sağlamaktadır. Sonuç olarak şunu rahatlıkla söyleyebiliriz ki; Lojistik faaliyetler içinde güvenli akaryakıt taşımacılığının ürün kalitesini arttırdığı görülmektedir. Akaryakıt taşımacığına uygun teknolojik sistemlerle donatılmış araç seçimi, sürücü eğitimine verilen önem, hem taşımacılıktaki tehlike unsurlarını yok etmekte, hem de ürünün müşteriye en kaliteli ortamlarda sunulmasını sağlamaktadır. LOGISTIC ACTIVITIES vIn order to meet the requirements of the customers; vßthe servies of planning, vßapplying vßtransporting, vßwarehousing, vßand controlling, vßthe entire activities within the supply chain, vßin the most efficient and productive way, vßfrom the starting point of the raw material, vßto the final point where the product is consumed, vßfor any kind of product vßservice vßor flow of information. EXAMINATION OF CUSTOMER BEHAVIORS ON HOOSING THE FUEL OIL COMPANY ACCORDING TO INCOME AND DEMOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS oThe aim of this research is ; to identify the issues that are rather important for the drivers in turkey when they buy fuel oil, to determine the factors affecting the consumer behaviours and to interpret their levels of importance by deploying statistical methods. oWith the survey performed among the drivers; the issues considered by the consumer when selecting their fuel oil, whih company they prefer, what their measures are in buying high_quality product, what kind of consumer behaviour they exhibit when acting in line with his purpose have been surveyed. oWith a very wide perspective, we an say that the car owners in Turkey have high_income levels. oThe participants of the survey are mostly employed in private sector, oThey represent the goup at the high income level oAnd their education levels are also above the average of Turkey. oTherefore, the participants of thr survey provide a consious consumer profile. The conscious consumer wants to know the onsumer rights and have them on one hand, and they never stop searching for a high quality produt equipped with enough services on the other hand. In fuel oil transportation, a standart has been brought to dangerous substance trasportation within the framework of the law and legal regulations and various precautions have been taken against the passible dangers. However, in addition to legal regulations, especially the training of the driver, and the ompleteness of the equipment and tools the driver should possess enable a better quality transportation service. Consequently, we an easily say that; safe fuel oil transportation among the logistics activities increases the product quality. Selection of a vehicle equipped with the technological systems appropriate for fuel oil transportation and the importance given to the driver's training both eliminate the danger elements during the transportation, and enables the presentation of the produt to the ustomer in the highest quality environments.
