Tam zamanında (JIT) sistemi ve tekstil sektöründen bir uygulama

Abstract

TZÜ felsefesi genel olarak, gerekli olan uygun zamanda ve miktarda hammadde satın alınmasını ve gerektiği kadar mamül üretilmesini ifade eder. Bu sistemde, stokların etkin kullanımı ile verimliliğin arttırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Stokların etkin kullanımı hammadde alımı ile başlar ve mamül olarak üretim sürecini terk etmesi ile sona erer. Bu esnada geçen zaman, toplam üretim zamanı olup üzerinde önemle durulmaktadır. Nitekim, dönüşüm zamanı, geleneksel yöntemdeki direkt işçilik saatleri ve makine saatleri gibi esaslar yerine, TZÜ sisteminde genel imalat maliyetlerinin dağıtımında bir esas olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bir işletmede karı arttırmak için üretim maliyetlerini azaltmanın en akılcı yolu israfa neden olan unsurların yok edilmesidir. Yüksek miktarlarda üretim yaparak maliyetleri düşürmeye çalışan işletmeler, ani bir kriz döneminde ellerinde büyük miktarlarda stok ile ortada kalacaklardır. Tam Zamanında Sistemi ve Tekstil Sektöründe Bir Uygulama adını taşıyan bu tez çalışmasında TZ yaklaşımı, bu yaklaşımın gelişim süreci ve özellikleri incelenmiştir. TZÜ sistemlerinin işletmelerde başarı ile uygulanma yolu, TZ satınalma sistemini uygularken karşılaşılacak problemlere karşı öneriler sunulmuştur. Çalışmada TZ kullanıcıları üzerinde yapılan anket çalışması sunulmuş, lojistik faaliyetler ve değerler zinciri yaklaşımı ile TZÜ sisteminin ilişkisi irdelenmiştir. Türkiye'de tekstil ve hazır giyim sektörü sunduğu ürün kalitesi ve çeşitliliği, dünya ticaretindeki önemli payı ile yüksek bir performans sergilemiş, Türkiye ekonomisinin itici gücü olmuştur. Bu çalışmada tekstil ve konfeksiyon sektörünün tanımı, kapsamı ve gelişimi irdelenmiştir. Sektörde kullanılan hammaddeler ile sektörün mevcut durumu istatistiki bilgiler ile aktarılmıştır. Çalışmanın son bölümünde dokuma konusunda genel bilgi verilmiş ve etiket dokuma üretimi yapan bir işletmede yapılan uygulama çalışması ve bu işletmenin TZ yaklaşımına uygunluğu irdelenmiştir. S U M M A R Y The philosophy of JIT production generally expresses to buy row material how much when it is needed, to product manufactured goods that only must be enough for needs. In this system, efficiency of using stocks and the increase of productivity are aimed. Efficiency of using stocks starts by buying row material and ends by leaving the terms of production of manufactured. This time interval is throughput time. It is paid importance very much. As a result, transformation time, instead of direct workmanship and machine hours in traditional method, is used as a base for general manufactured costs in JIT production system. In an establishment the most logical way to decrease the cost of production is to destroy reasons that cause waste. The firms that product in high amounts to decrease the costs, in an unexpected crisis term, they will be left destitute with great amounts of stocks at their hand. In this study about Just In Time (JIT) System and An Application In Textile Sector; JIT approach, the development terms of this approach and its properties are investigated. The way of practicing of JIT production systems with success in firms, against the problems of JIT buying system practicing are presented and a questionnaire which has been applied on JIT users is presented, the relationship between logistic actions and value chains with JIT production system is discussed. The textile and ready clothing sector with variation and quality of its product, by taking important part in world trade, has got a high performance. and it has become pioneer power for Turkish Economy. In this study, the description of textile and ready-made clothes, their contents and developments are also discussed. The row material used in sector and present condition of sector is expressed with statistics documentation. In the last step, an information about weave is given and a practicing work was done in an establishment which produce etiquette weave and also this establishment's appropriateness to JIT approach is discussed.
