Publication: Kur’an ve sünnette ehl-i beyt kavramı
Abstract
Kur'an ve Sünnet'te Ehl-i beyt Kavramı adını verdiğimiz bu tezimiz ile, Asr-ı saadet'ten günümüze kadar, müslümanların ilgi odağı olan, ıstılâhi manada Hz. Muhammed'in akrabasını ve neslini ifade eden Ehl-i beyt'i, naslar çerçevesinde ana hatlarıyla tanıyıp tanıtmayı ve onlara karşı sorumluluklarımızı hatırlatmayı hedefledik. Bu çalışma Önsöz ve Giriş haricinde üç bölümden meydana gelmektedir. Giriş kısmında Ehl-i beyt kavramının lügavî ve ıstılâhi tarifleri ile onlar için kullanılan bazı tabirler ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde Kur'an'da Ehl-i beyt başlığı altında tarih boyunca Hz. Peygamberin Ehl-i beyt'i hakkında en çok gündeme getirilen ve delil olarak ittihaz edilen iki ayet-i kerimenin (Ahzab 33, Şura 23) muhtelif tefsirlerdeki izahlarına kısaca değinilmiştir. Sünnette Ehl-i beyt başlığı ile de Ehl-i beyt'in kapsamı üzerinde durularak bu konudaki görüşlerle alâkalı delillerden örnekler verilmiş, tercih edilen görüşe de işaret edilmiştir. Tezin ağırlıklı kısmını teşkil eden ikinci ve üçüncü bölümde, Ehl-i beyt'in fazileti ve Ehl-i beyt sevgisi üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde Ehl'i beyt'in fazileti ve özel statüsü ele alınmıştır. Ehl-i beyt'in faziletine dair genel rivayetler ve Ehl-i beyt'ten bazı zevâtın faziletine dair rivayetler ayrı ayrı değerlendirilmiştir. Yine bu bölümde Ehl-i beyt'in özel statüsü başlığı altında Ehl-i beyt'e has bazı fıkhî hükümlere kısaca değinilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise Ehl-i beyt sevgisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Özellikle Ehl-i beyt sevgisinin ehemmiyeti, Ehl-i beyt'e buğzun tehlikesi, Ehl-i beyt ve Ashab sevgisi, Ehl-i beyt'i sevmede ölçü ve sahabilerde Ehl-i beyt sevgisi gibi konular üzerinde durulmuş, ilgili ayet ve hadislerden örnekler verilerek izahlar yapılmıştır. Ayrıca bu bölümde İslam âleminde Ehl-i beyt sevgisi ana başlığı altında, Ehl-i sünnette ve Şia'da Ehl-i beyt sevgisi ana hatlarıyla ele alınarak değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Son olarak yine bu bölümde Osmanlılar'da Ehl-i beyt'in tezahürleri başlığı ile Osmanlılar'da İslâmî hassasiyetin ve Hz. Peygambere olan gönülden bağlılığın en güzel örneklerinden birini teşkil eden Ehl-i beyt sevgisi vurgulanmıştır. Bu sevginin sadece dilde ve sözde kalmadığı, Nakîbu'l-eşraf gibi müesseselerle mükemmel bir organize ve hizmet anlayışıyla muhabbetin gereğinin yerine getirildiği belirtilmiştir. Bu münasebetle Nakîbu'l-eşraf müessesesi hakkında kısaca bilgi verilmiştir.
From the time of Asrı-saadet (The part of Muhammed's life when he is known as the last prophet) uptoday, the muslim people interested in (Hz.) Muhammed's Ehl-i beyt which means relatives and descendants of Muhammed in the religious frame and verdicts; our principal is, to know and to present them and remember our responsibility fot them. This thesis is composed of foreword, introduction and 3 other chapters. In the introduction part, the Ehl-i beyt concept is studied in the first part, we have examined the various interpretations about the means shortly. And under the title Ehl-i beyt in sunnet, we mentioned about the Ehl-i beyt concept and gave the proof with their specimen and signet at the preference opinions. The largely part from the thesis, the second and third chapter, we mentioned on Ehl-i beyts virtue and the love for Ehl-i beyt. In the second chapter we paid a special interest for the Ehl-i beyts virtue and their special statu. Here was our evaluation about the rumours for Ehl-i beyts virtue and some people. Again, in the same chapter under the title The specific status for the Ehl-i beyt some thoughts proper to Ehl-i beyt are briefly mentioned is develled. In the third part love of Ehl-i beyt. Particularly the subjects like importance of the love for Ehl-i beyt and the hazard to make badly remarks against them, the love for Ashab, and the measure for the Ehl-i beyt love. And we gave the concerned hadith and verses as explanations. Besides in this chapter the insent Ehl-i Sunnet and Sia are evolvated with their basic concepts under the heading the love of Ehl-i beyt in Islamic flag. Finally in the same chapter, under the title The Ehl-i beyt in Ottomans the Ehl-i beyt love which stands for a good example in Islamic sensivity and inclination for Hz. Muhammed in ottomans is emphasized. It is stated that this love is not only artificial but it is lived as required in excellance of organization and service with in organizations like Nakibu'l-eşraf. For this reason we gave a brief information about the Nakibu'l-eşraf organization.
