Publication: Bilgisayar destekli bakım onarım ve basın sektöründe bir uygulama
Abstract
Bu tezin amacı, bakım onarım faaliyetlerinin bilgisayar yardımı ile desteklenerek bakım onarım faaliyetlerini düzenlemektir. Gelişen teknolojilerin kullanıma girmesiyle bakım onarım hizmetlerinde de bu teknolojilere paralel olarak büyük aşama kaydedilmiştir. Eskiden kartlarda saklanan bakım çalışmaları, bilgisayar ortamına aktarılmış ve kullanımı ve erişimi daha kolay hale gelmiştir. Bilgisayar sistemleri bakım onarım faaliyetlerinde, hem bilgi depolamada hem de bu bilgilerin analizinde kullanılmaktadır. Bilgisayarlı bakım yönetim sistemi adı verilen bu sistemler ile bakım onarım faaliyetleri etkin, hızlı ve güvenilir olarak gerçekleştirilmektedir. Bilgisayar sistemleri sayesinde çok değerli olan bilgiye doğru ve hızlı erişme imkanı sağlanır. Kullanılan ekipmanların özellikleri, makinalarda ortak kullanılan yedek parçalar, bakım zamanı gelen makinalar, arızaların sıklığı ve yoğunlaştığı noktalar, ve bakım maliyeti ve diğer pek çok konu hakkında sorgulama ve rapor hazırlama çok kolay ve hızlı bir şekilde yapılabilir. Bu tezde, bakım onarım faaliyetleri hakkında genel bir bilgi verildikten sonra, bakım planlaması ve bilgisayar destekli bakım hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Uygulama konusu işletme hakkında bilgi verildikten sonra gerçekleştirilen yazılımın içeriği anlatılmıştır. Bilgisayar yazılımının, bakım onarım faaliyetlerine etkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Uygulama konusu yazılımın amacı, bakım onarım verilerine erişimi hızlandırmak, veriler arasında sorgulama yaparak bakım planlamasına katkı sağlamak, bakım raporlamalarını kolaylaştırmak, yedek parça ve malzeme takibini kontrol altına almak sureti ile bakım onarım faaliyetlerini düzenlemektir. Yazılımın işletmede uygulanması sonucu, gözlemlenen sonuçlar anlatılmıştır.
The aim of this thesis is to organise to maintenance operations by computer aided software. The maintenance operations have been made progress fairly after developed technologies were used. In the past, while the maintenance records used to save on the cards, nowadays are transferred on computers and therefore it becomes so easy to reach these records. Computer systems are used in maintenance operations for both to store information's and analyse of records. These systems are called CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) and by means of these systems maintenance operations are performed effective, fast and reliable. By means of computer systems, it's easy to reach to valuable right informations quickly. Some informations such as equipment characteristics, same parts are used in different machines, time schedule regarding to maintenance times, frequency of failures are so easy and rapidly reachable in these computer aided systems. In this thesis, firstly general information about maintenance activities was given and then maintenance planning system and computer aided maintenance system were explained. The software which has been applied on subject establishment was explained detailed and affects of it on maintenance activities was studied. The aim of maintenance software which we prepared is to increase speed of reach time to knowledges, to make judgements about outputs, to make easy to prepare maintenance records, to take under control to flow of spare parts and equipments and finally organise whole maintenance activities. After applying of software on subject establishment, results which they have been observed were explained.
