Abstract
GÜMRÜK BİRLİĞİ'NİN TÜRKİYE EKONOMİSİNE ETKİLERİ 1959’da tam üyelik için Avrupa Ekonomik Topluluğu’na başvuran Türkiye ile 1963’de Ankara Anlaşması imzalanmıştır. Bu anlaşmayla başlayan ortaklık sürecinin gelişimini, Katma Protokol ile ilişkilerde yeni bir aşamaya geçilmesini ve gelinen süreçte 1996 yılından itibaren Avrupa Birliği ile Türkiye arasında imzalanan Gümrük Birliği Anlaşmasının Türkiye’nin dış ticareti üzerinde yapmış olduğu etkiyi konu edinmektedir. Bu kapsamda Ekonomik bütünleşmenin tanımına ve safhalarına yer verilmiş, Gümrük Birliği teorisi anlatılmış ve Türkiye-AB tarihsel sürecine değinilerek Gümrük Birliği’nin Türkiye ekonomisi üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir. On 1963, Ankara Agreement is signed between Turkey which was applied for full membership of the Europen Economic Community on 1959 and European Economic Community. The relations on Additional Protocol and on this stage the effects of Custom Union; which was signed between European Union and Turkey on 1996, on the foreign trade of Turkey. Also, the definition and the phases of economic integration, Custom Union and the historical development of Turkey and European Union; and the effects of Custom Union on Turkish economy is mentioned.
