Abstract
Liderlik; isteklilik, inanç bağlılık, gönüllülük gibi durumları içeren bir süreçtir. Busüreçte pek çok gücün bütünleşmesi ve bu bütünleşmeden doğan zorunlulukları istekliğe,inanca, bağlılığa ve gönüllülüğe dönüştüren bir etki söz konusudur. Özgüven kişinin bedenive davranışlarıyla kendi dünyası üzerinde denetim ve egemenlik kurduğunu bilmesisürecidir. Bu araştırmayla spor yöneticiliği öğrencilerinin liderlik özelliklerinin özgüveneetkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada yüz yüze anket ve kolayda örneklemeyöntemi kullanılarak 184 anket analize tabii tutulmuştur. Araştırma t ve ANOVA testlerininyanı sıra korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri de uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarınagöre spor yöneticiliği öğrencilerinin liderlik özelliklerinin özgüven özelliklerine anlamlıve pozitif bir etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir.

In this process, the integration of many powers and the effects of this integration are transformed into willingness, loyalty, commitment and volunteerism. Self-confidence is the period of that the person who knows that he/she can control and dominate ones own world physically and personal behaviors. This research, aimes to determine the effect of leadership characteristics on sports administrators’ self-confidence. In the survey, sampling method was used and a data of 184 questionnaires were analyzed using face-to-face questionnaires. In addition to the research t and ANOVA tests, correlation and regression analyzes were also applied. According to the results of the research, it was determined that leadership qualifications have a meaningful and positive effect on sports administration students the self-confidence characteristics.
