Publication: Sanat eğitimi alan lisans öğrencilerinin, resim yaratım sürecinde matematik eğitiminin ve matematiksel değerlerin katkılarının incelenmesi
Abstract
Sanat eğitiminin kendi süreçleriyle birlikte, aynı zamanda bir bilimsel disipliniçerdiğini, hem bilim insanı, hem de sanatçı kişilikli bireyler yetiştirebileceğini, her ikidisiplinin birlikte öğrenilmesinin günümüzde her zamankinden fazla ihtiyaç olduğunuanlatmak herkesten önce sanat eğitimcilerinin görevidir. Bu doğrultuda araştırmadamatematiğin yaratım sürecine katkıları belirlenen sanat eğitimi alan öğrencilerle görüşülüp,bilimsel bir şekilde araştırılıp, incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada amaç doğrultusundaşu sorulara cevap aranmıştır:1. Resim sanatının temelindeki matematik nedir?2. Matematik bilimi ile resim sanatının ilişkisi nedir?3. Resim öğretmeni adaylarının, matematik bilgi düzeylerinin, resim sanatınaetkisindeki bilinç ve farkındalıkları nedir?4. Bilim sanat arasındaki ilişkinin bilincine sahip sanat eğitimi alan öğrencilerin, dahayetersiz matematik eğitimi alan öğrencilere kıyasla yaratım sürecinde yaşadığıkolaylıklar nelerdir?5. Sanat eğitimi alan bireyler sanatın temelindeki matematiğin ya da biliminüzerindeki farkındalıkları nelerdir?6. Matematiği temel olarak çalışan bir sanatçı ile diğerleri arasındaki farklılıknelerdir?7. Bir sanat ürünü ortaya çıkartırken matematik destekli tekniklerin bilmenin sanatave sanatsal akademik düzeylerine etkisi nelerdir?8. Bu bilincin farkında olup bu ilkeleri öğrenen öğrencilerin yaratıcılıkları neboyuttadır?9. Bilinçli bir şekilde resim yapan öğrenciler ile bilinçsizce kurgu oluşturan öğrencilerarasındaki farklar nelerdir?Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu Marmara Üniversitesi, Atatürk Eğitim Fakültesi, GüzelSanatlar Eğitimi, Resim-İş Öğretmenliği anabilim dalında okumakta olan, son sınıföğrencileri oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın yöntemi, nitel araştırma yöntemidir. Nitelaraştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, alan yazın ve problem durumu incelenerekoluşturulan, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. vAraştırmanın sonucunda elde edilen verilere göre, araştırmanın örneklem grubunun,plastik sanatlarda; matematik biliminin hayatın her alanında bulunduğu ve önemli olduğudüşüncesinin hakim olduğu; bir sanat ürünü ortaya çıkartıyorken matematik bilimindenfaydalanıldığı; bir ürünün ortaya çıkarılmasında en fazla ölçü kullanımında matematikbilminden yararlanıldığı görülmüştür. Örneklem grubu tarafından, matematik biliminikullanan sanatçılar arasında en fazla Leonardo Da Vinci ve Pablo Picasso olarak cevapverildiği, matematik biliminden yararlananlar arasında en fazla Rönesans Dönemi veKübizm Akımının bilinildiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Matematik biliminin, sanayi ve teknolojidevriminden sonra plastik sanatlar üzerinde etkili olduğu, teknoloji ve sanatın iş birliğiiçerisinde olması gerektiği ve plastik sanatların farklı alanların üzerinde etkili olmasınısağladığı çıkan sonuçlar arasındadır. İlk ve orta öğretim sürecinden başlanarak lisansdüzeyine kadar bireylerdeki görsel kültürün gelişmesi için sanat eğitimine ve disiplinler arasıders programlarına ağırlık verilmesi gerektiği, üniversitelerde ise sanat tarihi ve uygulamalıderslerin içeklerinin derinleştirilmesi, matematik ve resim üzerine ya da sanat ve bilimüzerine derslerin müfredat programına eklenmesi, öğrencilerin farkındalıklarının, bilgiderinliklerinin artması için sanat eğitimi adaylarının titizlikle yetiştirilmesi önerilmiştir.

In this direction, it was purposed to examination, research and examine scientificallywith the students who received art education, whose contributions to the creation process ofmathematics were determined in the research.The answers to the following questions weresought in the study.1. What is mathematics in the design of painting?2. What is the relation between the science of mathematics and the art of painting?3. What is the consciousness and awareness of the pre-service art teachers, on theeffect of their mathematical knowledge level on the art of painting?4. What are the conveniences experienced by students who receive art education whoare aware of the relation between science and art, compared to students who haveless mathematics education?5. What is the awareness of individuals receiving art education on the mathematics orscience that is the basis of art?6. What is the difference between an artist who studies mathematics as a basic andothers?7. What are the effects of knowing mathematics-supported techniques on art andartistic academic levels when creating a work of art?8. What is the level of creativity of the students who are aware of this awareness andlearn these principles?9. What are the differences between students who paint consciously and students whounconsciously create fiction?The sample group of the research consisted of senior students studying at MarmaraUniversity, Atatürk Education Faculty, Fine Arts Education, Painting Teaching Department.The method of the research is the qualitative research method. As a data collection tool inqualitative research, a semi-structured interview form, which was created by examining theliterature and problem situation, was used.According to the data obtained as a result of the research, the sample group of theresearch, in plastic arts; that the science of mathematics is present in all areas of life and that viiit is important the science of mathematics is used when creating a work of art; It has beenobserved that the science of mathematics was mostly used in the use of measurement in thecreation of this product. It was revealed that the sample group answered mostly as LeonardoDa Vinci and Pablo Picasso among the artists who used the science of mathematics, and theRenaissance Period and Cubism Movement knew the most among those who benefited fromthe science of mathematics. It is among the results that the science of mathematics waseffective on plastic arts after the industrial and technology revolution, technology and artshould be in cooperation and plastic arts were effective on different fields.It is necessary to focus on art education and interdisciplinary curricula for thedevelopment of visual culture in individuals starting from the secondary education processup to the undergraduate level. It is suggested that art education candidates should be trainedmeticulously in order to increase their depth of knowledge.
