Polipropilen (pp)/ red mud polimer kompozitinin yanma özelliklerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, polipropilen içerisine ağırlıkça %10, %20, %30 ve %40 oranlarında kırmızı çamur katılmış ve polimer kompozitler elde edilmiştir. Saf polipropilen ve polipropilen/ kırmızı çamur polimer kompozitlerinin yanma, tribolojik, termal, mekanik, fiziksel ve morfolojik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Yapılan testler sonucunda elde edilen veriler, hem farklı oranlarda kırmızı çamur tozu içeren kompozitler arasında kıyaslanmış hem de benzer farklı çalışmaların neticelerine göre kıyaslanıp yorumlanmıştır./In this study, Red mudpowder was added to polypropylene at 5%, 10%, 20% and 30% ratios and polymer composites were obtained. Flammability, tribological, thermal, mechanical, physical and morphological properties of purepolypropylene and polyproplene / redmud polymer composites were investigated. The data obtained from the tests were compared between different ratios of red mud powder containing composites and compared to the results of similar studies./
