Publication: Stratejik yönetim uygulamaları ile örgütsel performans arasındaki ilişki : Türk Eğitim Vakfı çalışanları üzerinde bir araştırma
Abstract
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Stratejik yönetim uygulamaları ile örgütsel performans arasındaki ilişkiyi Türk Eğitim Vakfı çalışanlarını bir araştırma çalışması olarak kullanarak keşfetmektir. İşte bu çalışmada Stratejik yönetim uygulamaları ile çevresel tarama, strateji oluşturma, strateji uygulama ve strateji izleme ve değerlendirme gibi kavramlara atıfta bulunuyoruz. Önceki çalışmaların gözden geçirilmesine dayanan bu araştırma, stratejik yönetim uygulamalarının (çevresel tarama, strateji oluşturma, strateji uygulama ve strateji değerlendirme-izleme) finansal ve finansal olmayanlar üzerindeki etkisini inceleyerek ve deneysel olarak test ederek yönetim literatürünü zenginleştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Stratejik yönetim uygulamaları ile STK'ların organizasyon performansları arasında var olan ilişkiyi daha iyi anlamak ve daha iyi anlamak için, Stratejik yönetim uygulamaları ve STK'lar için özel olarak tasarlanmış finansal ve finansal olmayan performanslara ilişkin bir dizi standart sorunun kullanıldığı ve bir çevrimiçi anket. Online olarak toplam 103 soru dolduruldu. Toplanan veriler Microsoft Excel 2013 yardımıyla tablo haline getirilmiş ve daha sonra SPSS 20.0 analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları, stratejik yönetim uygulamalarının sadece finansal performans üzerinde değil, STK'ların finansal olmayan performansı üzerinde de olumlu etkisi olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca araştırma, STK'ların yüksek performans elde etmenin bir yolu olarak stratejik yönetime güvenmesini önermektedir.
The primary goal of this study or research is to explore the relationship that exist between Strategic management practices and organisational performances using the employees of Turkish Education Foundation as a reseach study. Here in this study, by Stratejic management practics we refer to concepts like environmental scanning, strategy formulation, strategy implementaion and strategy monitoring and evaluation. Based on a review of prior studies, this research seeks to enrich the management literature by examining and empirically testing the impact of each of the strategic management practices (environmental scanning, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation-monitoring) on financial and non-financial performance of non-governmental organizations (NGOs). To better undertsand the ralationship that exist between strategic management practices and organisation performances of NGOs, a quantitative research method was utilized in which a set of standard questions on stratejic management practices and financial and non financial performances designed specifically for NGOs were used and developed into an online questionnaire. A total of 103 questions were filled online. The data that was collected was tabulated with the help of Microsoft Excel 2013 which was afterwards analysed with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. The research results demonstrates that strategic management practices have positive impact not only on financial performance but on non-financial performance of NGOs. Moreover, the research recommends that NGOs rely on strategic management as a means to achieve high performance.
