Tedaviyi Değerlendirme Ölçeği Ebeveyn Formunun Türkçe geçerlilik ve_x000D_ güvenilirliği

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmada Tedaviyi Değerlendirme Ölçeği_x000D_ Ebeveyn Formunun Türkçe’ye uyarlanması ile geçerlilik ve_x000D_ güvenilirliğinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır._x000D_ Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmanın örneklemini çocukları_x000D_ gündüz kliniğinde tedavi olan ebeveynler oluşturmuştur._x000D_ Taburculuk sonrası Tedaviyi Değerlendirme Ölçeği_x000D_ Ebeveyn Formunu dolduran 133 ebeveynin verileri analiz_x000D_ edilmiştir. Geçerlilik için açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör_x000D_ analizleri yapılmıştır. Güvenilirlik Cronbach alfa iç tutarlılık_x000D_ katsayısı ve madde-toplam puan korelasyon katsayıları ile_x000D_ değerlendirilmiştir._x000D_ Bulgular: Orijinal ölçeğe uygulanan doğrulayıcı faktör_x000D_ analizi sonrası ölçeğin uyum indekslerinin istenilen_x000D_ düzeyde olmadığı gözlenmiştir. Kaiser Meyer Olkin indeksi_x000D_ 0.84, Bartlett Testi’nde ki-kare puanı 831.68 (p<0.001)_x000D_ olarak tespit edildikten sonra açımlayıcı faktör analizi_x000D_ uygulanmıştır. 3., 8. ve 11. maddelerin Tedavi Seyri alt_x000D_ ölçeğinden Tedavi Başarısı alt ölçeğine alınması şeklinde_x000D_ bir değişiklik önerilmiştir. Yeniden yapılanmış iki faktörün_x000D_ geçerli olduğunu destekleyen toplam varyansı açıklayıcılık_x000D_ oranının % 40’ın üzerinde olduğu saptanmış, ölçeğin uyum_x000D_ indekslerinin orijinal ölçeğe göre daha kabul edilebilir_x000D_ düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür. İç tutarlık analizinde_x000D_ Cronbach alfa katsayısı tüm ölçek için 0.88, Tedavi Başarısı_x000D_ alt ölçeği için 0.88 ve Tedavi Seyri alt ölçeği için 0.81 olarak_x000D_ saptanmıştır._x000D_ Sonuç: Bu bulgular Türkçe’ye kazandırılan ölçeğin geçerli_x000D_ ve güvenilir bir ölçüm aracı olduğunu desteklemektedir.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to adapt the_x000D_ Treatment Assessment Scale Parent Form into Turkish_x000D_ and evaluate its validity and reliability._x000D_ Materials and Methods: The sample of the study_x000D_ consisted of parents whom children were treated in day_x000D_ treatment. The data of 133 parents who completed at_x000D_ discharge the. For validity, exploratory and confirmatory_x000D_ factor analyses were performed. Reliability was evaluated_x000D_ by Cronbach’s alpha internal consistency coefficient and_x000D_ item-total score correlation coefficients._x000D_ Results: After the confirmatory factor analyses applied to_x000D_ the original scale, it was observed that the fit indices of the_x000D_ scale were not at the desired level. After the Kaiser Meyer_x000D_ Olkin index was 0.84 and the Chi-square score in the_x000D_ Bartlett Test was determined as 831.68 (p<0.001),_x000D_ exploratory factor analysis was applied. Modification of 3.,_x000D_ 8. and 11. items from the Treatment Course subscale to_x000D_ the Treatment Success subscale has been proposed. The_x000D_ explanatory rate of the total variance, which supports the_x000D_ validity of the two reconstructed factors, was found to be_x000D_ over 40%, and the fit indices of the scale were found to be_x000D_ more acceptable than the original scale. In the internal_x000D_ consistency analyses Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.88_x000D_ for the entire scale, 0.88 for the Treatment Success_x000D_ subscale and 0.81 for the Treatment Course subscale._x000D_ Conclusion: These results support that the scale adapted_x000D_ into Turkish is a valid and reliable assessment instrument
