Abstract
DATİSCETİN (2’,3,5,7-TETRAHİDROKSİFLAVON)’İN BAKIR (II) VE KALAY (II) İLE OLUŞTURDUĞU KOMPLEKSLERİN KARARLILIK SABİTLERİNİN POTANSİYOMETRİK VE SPEKTROFOTOMETRİK OLARAK TAYİNİ Günümüzde çeşitli bitki çayların içerisinde bulunan datiscetinin; gıda kimyası, boya kimyası, tıp kimyası, boya endüstrisi alanlarında kullanılmaktadır. Genellikle birçok bitkinin kök, gövde ve çiçeklerinde farklı flavonoidlerle birlikte bulunur. Bu çalışmada datiscetinin doğal boyamacılıkta mordan metalleri olarak bilinen bakır (II) ve kalay (II) ile oluşturdukları komplekslerin kararlılık sabitleri Calvin-Bjerrum ve Irwing-Rossotti yöntemleri kullanılarak potansiyometrik yoldan tayin edildi. Ayrıca oluşan kompleksler spektrofotometrik yolla da desteklendi. Datiscetin dissosiyasyon sabiti potansiyometrik yöntemle logK1= 3,31 olarak bulundu. Yine potansiyometrik olarak Irwing-Rossoti metoduyla oluşum sabitleri ise I=0,0043’de bakır (II) için logK1= 4,24, kalay (II) için logK1= 4,42 olarak bulundu. Oluşan kompekslerin koşullu oluşum sabitleri hesaplandı ve buradan kompleksleşmenin ortaya çıktığı pH aralıkları bulundu. Bakır (II)- datiscetin ve kalay (II)- datiscetin çözeltilerinin ayrı ayrı spektrofotometrik ölçümleri alındı ve bu ölçümler sonucunda kompleks oluşumunun gerçekleştiği görüldü. Bakır (II) ve Kalay (II) komplekslerinin bileşimleri ligand/ metal=1/ 1 olarak bulundu ve bunların yapıları tartışıldı.
DETERMINATION OF STABILITY CONSTANTS OF DATISCETIN (2,3, 5, 7 TETRAHYROXYFLAVON) COMPLEXES WITH COPPER (II) AND TIN (II) BY POTENTIOMETRIC AND SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHODS Datiscetin which is found in various kinds of herbal tea is used in, food chemistry, medicinal chemistry, dye industry. It generally occurs with different kind of flavonoids in roots, stems and blossoms of plants. In this study, the stability constants of the copper (II) and tin (II) complexes of datiscetin were determined potentiometrically by using Calvin-Bjerrum and Irwing Rossotti methods and by spectrophotometric method. The evaluated protonation constants of the ligand were found logK1=3,31. For the meal complexes, logarithms of the stability constants were found by Irwing-Rossotti method, for copper (II) complex logK1 = 4.24 and for tin (II) complex logK1= 4.42 at I= 0,0043 conditional formation constants for complex are calculated and pH ranges which complexation occurred are found. Absorption spectra measurements are recorded for copper (II) - datiscetin and tin (II) – datiscetin solutions. Formation of complexes have been observed in these. From the results, the components of datiscetin/ metal complexes are given 1/ 1 both copper (II) and tin (II).
