ARSA PAYI KARŞILIĞI İNŞAAT SÖZLEŞMESİNDE YÜKLENİCİNİN AYIPTAN DOĞAN SORUMLULUĞU Arsa payı karşılığı inşaat sözleşmesi geniş uygulama alanına sahip bir sözleşmedir. Bu sözleşme kapsamında yüklenicinin borçlarından biri ayıpsız bir bina yapmaktır. Bu çalışmada inşa süreci esnasında ve inşa sürecinden sonra meydana gelen ayıplar incelenmiştir. CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILTY FOR DEFECTS REGARDING CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS IN RETURN FOR LAND SHARE Construction contracts in return for land share is a contract which has a wide field of application.
