Abstract

Avrupa Sosyal Şartı, Adil Ücret, Asgari Ücret, Eşit Değerde İşe Eşit Ücret ÖZET ADİL ÜCRET HAKKI AÇISINDAN AVRUPA SOSYAL ŞARTI VE TÜRKİYE Bu çalışmanın amacı, ücretin bireyin ekonomik ve sosyal hayatını şekillendirdiği gibi toplumda refah ve huzurun sağlanmasında da büyük bir role sahip olduğunu ortaya koymaktır. Bu nedenle, ücretin, bireyin ekonomik ve sosyal ihtiyaçlarını karşılayamaması halinde, kadın ve erkek çalışanlar arasında ücret eşitliğinin de sağlanamayacağını ortaya koymaktır. Bu çerçevede, Avrupa Konseyi çatısı altında bulunan, ekonomik, soysal ve kültürel hakları bir araya getiren Avrupa Sosyal Şartı tarihsel süreç içinde incelenmekte, aynı zamanda çalışmanın konusu olan ve Avrupa Sosyal Şartı’nın dördüncü maddesinde yer alan adil ücret ve adil ücreti oluşturan unsurlar tanımlanmaktadır. Bu kapsamda, Avrupa ülkeleri ve Türkiye’nin ücret politikaları üzerinde durulmakta, bu politikaların Sosyal Şart ile uyumu değerlendirilmektedir. EUROPEAN SOCİAL CHARTER AND TURKEY İN TERMS OF FAİR REMUNERATİON RİGHT The aim of this study, it reveal that structure economic and social life of the individual and at the same time provied prosperity and peace of society the great role of the wage. Therefore, if doesn’t provide the needs economic and social of the individual, between woman and men workers can not ensured wage equality. In this context, the European Council under the roof the economic social and cultural rights has brought together European Social Charter are examined in historical process, at the same time defined the subject of study and as the fourth article of European Social Charter the fair remuneration and included elements of fair remuneration. In this context, focused on the applied wage policies of European Countries and Turkey, therefore, evaluated adaptation with Social Charter of this policies.
